Abusive, 5 Dec. 2013
When I was utterly desperate and had spent hours, days and months searching for a cure to high anxiety, I decided to try this. This is utter rubbish and abusively priced. This guy is good at marketing and making you think by paying a high price you will be cured along with the other 100,000 people (yeah right!) - I totally agree with the 1 star reviews here. I signed up to the email and get constantly flooded with emails of promises to cure you if you pay them 150 odd pounds. This is abusive. This guys co. should be shut down. I see it is blacklisted by the ASA for misleading people. Do not waste your money.
I have tried tonnes of things and have come to the conclusion, you just need to wait it out if you've worked yourself into a breakdown or had a recent trauma. I have recently tried meditation every day and this has helped hugely - Simply think about your breathing for 20 minutes per day, trying to dismiss every thought that enters your head and go back to focusing on your breathing. This will help train your mind to be able to dismiss thoughts when you want to and focus on other things ('the power of now' book is also good for helping to get out of your mind). - It's not perfect but it's the best thing I have tried so far.
