4.0 out of 5 stars If you liked the first 3 albums, then you will love this., 24 Nov. 2015
I had no idea what to expect from this album when the single Get Free came out, however i personally disagree with everything I've read about this album. Its great! His last album 'Studio Zoo' was a flat album, it wasn't bad, but the album had no dynamic and didn't go anywhere, it lost a lot of the 'Fun' that Newton brings in his first 3 albums. But with Human Love we get to see that fun return in new tracks with new flavours. Tracks like 'Far to Fall' and 'Stay and Take' bring new styles to Newtons repertoire. There are a couple of tracks on the album that are far more commercial, but they still sound fresh. If you liked 'Write It On Your Skin' and 'Rebuilt By Humans' then you will most likely enjoy this album.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ignore the boring title, this a cracking album!, 23 May 2012
This review is from: Born And Raised (Audio CD)
Having listened to all of John Mayers albums now, i can say that this is actaully musicaly very well put together. Its far away from Heaiver Things and Room For Squares, with only some minor comparisons to Continuum. But the music is very mature and has a raw feel to it, rather than over produced sounds of some of his earlier material. I wont love this like i love Heaiver Things, but i will love this for the fact that its far away from anything else he has composed. Grab this album and enjoy it for its differences.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun, exactly what you want from a mario game!, 30 Nov. 2011
I've had this game for almost two weeks now and i can assure anyone that if you had a 3DS you should have this game! The game is alot of fun, the levels are varied, the musics great and all the little bits in this game really make the difference. The only slight downfall is that the game can seem pretty easy, but in the later worlds the game ramps up.

If you own a 3DS buy this game now or get it for xmas!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good first attempt!, 28 Mar. 2011
Being one of the first racing games to come out on the 3ds its certainly a good effort! The single player is long, the graphics are good and the controls work well.

The only small downful i found with this game was that it took me a few attempts before my eyes adjusted to the 3d during a race, but apart from this the game is cracking!

5.0 out of 5 stars A must have for your 3ds!, 28 Mar. 2011
This was the first game i played for my 3DS, and im glad it was. Graphically it looks really good, the 3d helps complament the game greatly and for a portable version of the game it looks extreamly good agaisnt any other versions.

The controls are a bit strange to start with, but other a few play throughs you get the hang of them, mainly because the cicrle pad can be quite fiddly and because the d-pad is a bit to low down on the console.

Other than this minor control issue the game is a great and plays really smoothly!

4.0 out of 5 stars Up beat EP, 18 Feb. 2011
This review is from: L B Short Bus (Audio CD)
I bought this after loving Long Beach Dub Allstars. This isnt quite the same style as that but its certainly a up beat album. Not the best thing ive heard but its decent enough, if you can find this on the cheep, then grab a copy.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good, but could have been that little better, 18 Feb. 2011
Worms Battle Islands is a good solid worms game, and its much better than the last outing on the wii, but as much as this is a huge imporvement theres still a few things that could have made this game even better. Firstly there could have been more weapons. Compared to most other worms games this is pretty shameful as there isnt much more than about 15-20 choices. Secondly the customization options are good but again feel limited, should be far more voice banks, colours etc. And thirdly the map genarator feels a bit confined, many of the maps are very similar, rather than feeling dratically different.

If you look past these minior faults (and yes there are minior) this game is actaully worth getting, espically if you have 3 other mates about then your get a good blast out of this, plus the single player isnt to shabby so your have a good laugh trying to complete that also.

If your a die hard worms fan and love having the thousands of options from the PC versions then maybe this isnt for you, but if you like a good laugh and some silly violence then this is worth a look into.

5.0 out of 5 stars Classic DK with some modern brushes, 18 Feb. 2011
This game is good, not just good its very good. One of the most fun and enjoyable games on the wii to date. If your a fan of the old DK games this is worth a look in, its not completly like the orginal game but it does capture the great things about the orginal DKC games. One of the good things about this game is the diffculty as well, its not to easy but its also not to hard, making for a fun enjoyable experience.

If you own a wii this is a must have.

5.0 out of 5 stars One for the Hardcore, 22 Mar. 2009
This review is from: Madworld (Wii) (Video Game)
After months of waiting for this game, i was not disapointed with the end product, infact it was better than expected. Firstly the gameplay is spot on, plays like fun, each level has its own weapons of destrution and its genraly alot of fun. Secondly the grahics for the game are really well put together, being in black and white, and red you can really see the detail on all the objects and items in the levels. Thirdly the controls work pretty well, there is the odd time when you have to be really quick and it sometime dosent recongise this, but so far this is only one level that its happend on. This is a must for the hardcore fans!

5.0 out of 5 stars better than 64? ... hell yeah, 16 Nov. 2007
ive always loved the old 2d mario games, there great fun and really dont have much wrong with them. whne i played mario 64 i wasent over the moon, i found it a tad boring and the same with mario sunshine. Now galaxy is right back on track! its much more fun than both the prevous to console mario games and has far better ideas and level design. if you own a wii get this!
