Top Quality Healthy Cooking, 29 Mar. 2013
MTH is the best recipe book for health I've read. Full of amazingly tasty and easy to cook recipes. The winning fact for me is that Karen hasn't just regurgitated information from course notes and websites. She has suffered from health conditions herself and used her knowledge in the wellness field to help heal her own health issues. Karen has designed and eaten the foods she has gloriously put onto paper and now experiences a healthy life. Thanks for writing the book Karen, it's an inspiration to us all.
