5.0 out of 5 stars Lost in catalogues, 6 Aug. 2004
This review is from: Crazy on the Weekend (Audio CD)
I have had this album for ages, in fact I have given all my friends copies of this and it is the stock fodder album.
I forget how good it is until it goes on and if you do put it on you are always asked...........
1/ Who is this?
2/ Where did you get it from?
3/ Where can I get a copy?
This is a class album, lost out there. In time it will resurface and everyone will wonder where they are etc.... There is also a funny story involving a friend of mine and Arnold Schwarzenegger loving this album as well ! There you go.
Just get it and love it. Your pennies are well spent, you will never get tired of this music.

2.0 out of 5 stars Good Voice, thin songs., 29 July 2002
This review is from: Open Heart Zoo (Audio CD)
The boy has the voice, band him with Radiohead and Muse but take away their strong song writing. There are 2-3 good songs, the album is highly polished and produced to death but where as Radio head will take you on a journey or Muse will make the hairs tingle on your neck, this boy falls between the two. His talent is highly visable and hopefully will grow into his niche but sorry to say (as they have tried so dam hard, extra hard really) that this album is a let down from track 2 onwards.
My copy has been played a few times to see iff the liking grows but already it is on the shelf and probally will not be out for a very (if ever) long time.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ready to be Sampled, 16 May 2002
This review is from: CCS (Audio CD)
This is the basis of all good dance tunes, aches of samples, funky Rhodes, Big funky horns.... Let this play in a club and it would stand up on and have the place swaying and a reeling. Please let some DJ slam some big beat in there and remember that I told you so when you have a massive sucess and gis some cash.
If you like Blow up / Spectrum / big band funk 70's style - here she is !
