5.0 out of 5 stars great ideas, 18 Oct. 2010
I was going to give this book 4 stars which came up with I like it, but actually I love it and now dip in to it every week to help with ideas for keeping training fresh and progressive. I particularly like the dvd that shows many of the drills, although the written explanations are good the dvd ensures correct proceedure. The only thing that would make this better is detailing the strengthening tests required and to what level to then use saq drills. Other than that I think its a really good tool to aid training - s&c

5.0 out of 5 stars interesting insightful read, 18 July 2009
Really enjoyed this book, page after page of details sometimes a little heavy and hard to keep up with but certainly paints a different picture to the one's you will read elsewhere. Right up to the last few pages it feeds the imagination as to what might be happening now - typing this as stage 14 of the TDF is in the last 60km...... no positives yet!
