A welcome change from the archetypal 'sales motivation manual'. This book is written very clearly and laid out in a modular way, making it easy to quickly find the specific subject matter that you are looking for. The questions at the end of the chapters were very useful. However, in my opinion, the outstanding feature of this book is that it delivers PRACTICAL and USEFUL content, no fluffy thinking or hype just ideas that you can put into practice regardless of your current level of experience. Buy it!
