1.0 out of 5 stars Poor customer service and aftercare support, 15 Jun. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Purchased 6 months ago, have used the salt heater approx 8 times, they worked well but now have salt leaking from the seal. The company have refused a replacement, stating they have a very short lifespan the heat pads are reusable but they have limited uses being made of plastic bag after all. Very feeble excuse, this should have been explained before purchase.
Don't purchase from Pinetree - Amazon Marketplace, very poor customer service. Have purchased from another supplier with a one year guarantee.

1.0 out of 5 stars A Tiny Bit Marvellous, 18 Sept. 2011
This review is from: A Tiny Bit Marvellous (Paperback)
Don't buy this book, it's a waste of money, boring, dull and totally unrealistic. I tried really hard to continue reading this book, being a Dawn French fan, but left the half read book on my sunbed, whilst on holiday in Malta. I agree with all the one star reviews it doesn't stand up to all the hype. Dawn stick to television and leave the writing to skilled authors.

I gave it one star for the beetroot cake recipe at the back, which wasn't bad. Janette Butler

Rachel's Favourite Food at Home

5.0 out of 5 stars Rachel's Favourite food at home, 6 Nov. 2008
This book is great. I now own 4 of Rachel's cookbooks and all of them haven't disappointed me. The recipes are simple to follow and the end results are excellent. I've a shelf full of cookbooks that I've only used once for twice for the odd recipe but Rachels books are so good I keep them permanently on the breakfast bar. Highly recommended.
