1.0 out of 5 stars Awful!, 16 Oct. 2009
They were great a first, quality was pretty good & they were honestly good speakers. After about 2 weeks 1 side of the speakers broke, okay doesn't matter.. I'll carry on using them.. About a week after that they broke completely, oh and they use a lot of energy, i was forever replacing the batteries of them!
Avoid them completely..

2.0 out of 5 stars LG Chocolate - Not impressed!, 23 Oct. 2008
I bought this phone in Jan, thinking it will be amazing because many of my friends had this phone. The phone is really one heck of a beautiful phone.
I was NOT impressed at all. I had to buy a new phone in August - Let alone there was breaking before-hand.
When you first get it, yeah it's a amazing phone. Easy to load things onto. Easy to use.. Touch-pad is a bit too "easy" to press, you could accidently press something you didn't want to. But personally i got used to that, and didn't see that as a major problem. Putting songs, and items onto the phone from the computer was as easy as 1,2,3.. All it is was drag and drop. ALSO the phone has very good memory for me anyway, no need for a memory stick..(No where to put a memory stick anyway).
Then all the problems came in.. My phone kept turning itself off, (why? i never understood) - Perhaps i dropped it a few times, but phones these days with the technology they have shouldn't break like that! Yes it kept turning itself off, okay it was annoying but not TOO bigger deal. Then everytime when someone tried to ring me, the phone call never came up on my phone which i found very annoying, because it seemed like to me that nobody was ringing when somebody was. Then I had to switch off and switch on my phone again everytime i flicked the phone up. (Annoying as hell!) Last of all, the touch pad broke! I couldnt do ANYTHING. All of my friends' ones broke too - In different ways, it wasn't just mine!
Overall, I DO NOT recommend this phone. Unless you want a phone which will break in 2 minutes. If you want a reliable phone.. go to either Sony Ericsson, or Nokia!

Hope this helped you.

Sony Walkman NWZA818P 8GB Video MP3
Sony Walkman NWZA818P 8GB Video MP3

5.0 out of 5 stars Sony Mp3., 22 Oct. 2008
Firstly my sister bought this in black, because her other sony mp3 was outdated and pratically broken. It was superb, the graphics on the video are excellent. The quality of the music was also superb, there are many settings you can change it to depending on the quality of the song (eg Studio, Live, Club, Arena, Matrix and Karaoke). Using this is also superb because if the song is really bad quality you can make it sharper.
You can store pictures on this mp3 which is superb when i want to show my friends.
There is a "hold" button, which prevents from using the battery and prevents from switching on and off from accidently pressing buttons.
If the mp3 is on "pause" for rougly about a minute it automatically switches itself off - Which i think is brilliant!
The mp3 itself is small and sleek, and so MUCH easier to use than a ipod.. they're only buttons on it.
The signs on the mp3 are very clear and precise it's easy to follow and easy to put songs on.. Just plug it in, drag and drop. BUT if you want a playlist you would have to use a program, any program would do. I use windows media and it works fine.
The screen is rather large, which is what i love about it.
There are two tiny screws on the back which on my sisters one fell off instantly, yet no harm has happened to it.
If you drop the mp3 nothing really happens it's quite a solid piece of metal. (considering i drop mine ALL the time).

The only bad point i have with it.. Is the fact that every 2 weeks to 1 month i have to reset it. Probably from where ive dropped it.
Ive only had it from April. But personally i dont see this as a major problem.
Also the earplugs which came with it, aren't that good and dont fit in your ears very well. (It might just be me though!)
Also previously to charge my mp3 i have had a charger which plugs into a plug. This time they only give you a USB. Which is rather annoying, but because i have a sony adaptor to a plug there is no problem.

Overall i think this mp3 is amazing. Totally better than a i-pod and all other mp3s!

This album is amazing. I've never heard of live lounge before i saw this album and the minute i saw jamie cullum doing a version of pharrell william's frontin' i knew that this was the album for me. It's the kind of album that will never come about again and is just one of a kind. My favourites on it are Jamie Cullum's frontin, Jamelia's numb and will young's hey ya. There is something on here for everyone and you all have to go out and buy it NOW!

5.0 out of 5 stars FLAWLESS, 12 Nov. 2006
This review is from: These Streets (Audio CD)
Ok i really wanted this album when i first heard last request so i looked on here and saw all the 5 star reviews. I was encouraged bu they seemed to all be by people who were older than me and i wondered if it was really for my age group. But i went with the reviews and bought it like they said and i was not by any means disppointed. Every track on the album is flawless. His voice has a sound and a soft edgy sound to it that can be listened to at any time. At the moment my favourites are new shoes and these streets but i also absolutely love the rest of them! So basically what i am trying to say is this is a CD for all age groups (im in my late teens by the way) so GO OUT AND BUY IT!

4.0 out of 5 stars not the biggest girls aloud fan but..., 28 Oct. 2006
This review is from: Chemistry (Audio CD)
Ok i'm not the biggest girls aloud fan. To be fair ive liked a couple of their songs (sound of the underground, the show) and i was given this album. Suffice to say i was pleasantly surprised.

The album shows a lot of talent and potential and a true range and diversity of voices and sounds. You've got the slow and more ballad like tracks like see the day and then you've got the electric pop tracks like its magic. Personally I dont like the ballad tracks but i can see why some people like them. The other tracks definitely make up for them though. My personal favourite is Racy Lacey just because its such a fun tune to listen to (especially when there are a group of girls getting ready for a night on the town).

So basically what i am saying is Any girl of Any age should buy this. There is something for everyone coming from a musical and a girlie point of view.

Face it people this is just an amazing album! Almost every song has the strength of you give me something which has already been released. I bought this album purely on the strength of that song (which i rarely do) and i certainly was not disappointed. GO AND BUY THIS ALBUM IF IT THE LAST THING YOU DO!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars AMAZING ALBUM, 6 July 2006
This review is from: Back To Bedlam (Audio CD)
This is by far one of the best albums i've bought in a LONG time! It just ROCKS! Here are what i think of the songs:

High - Beautiful song, really stands out as different and totally shows off his voice.

You're Beautiful - In my opinion it is the weakest song on the Album but is still amazing as gives you that funny gooey feeling inside.

Wisemen - Amazing song, great lyrics

Goodbye my lover - at first i didnt like this song but it is a grower and a real tear jerker.

Tears and rain - at one point it was my favourite song on the album but i made the mistake of overplaying it. It is still one of the best though

Out of My Mind - This song is a bit more rock than the rest but it is still very good but needs a few listens to really get into it.

So long Jimmy - At first when i saw the title i laughed but trust me this is not a song to be laughed at

Billy - My favourite song on this album at the moment. Great Song.

Cry - Beautiful song it really does make you, yes, cry

No bravery - I love this song because number 1 it is a good song in itself and also because it has a real meaning and isnt your average love song. This song made me cry when i first heard it.

If you love this stuff buy chasing times which has three extra songs which are just as good as all of these.

Overall it is a 5/5 album GO OUT AND BUY IT!!!!!!!

This review is from: Room on the 3rd Floor (Audio CD)
before i listened to this album i thought mcfly were just some sily old boy band but after listening to this i am a mcfly fan for life. My favourite songs are hypnotised and broccoli but all the songs are amazing and really show how strong a band Mcfly really are.
