5.0 out of 5 stars Seriously very good, 21 Jun. 2017
I thought this was going to be a half hearted tagged on the back sequel judging by previous reviews.

However what you get is the story after the range murders, it refers back to that story from time to time, but what you have here is new.

It's extremely well written and acted the locations are excellent and it is very refreshing to see new actors and lesser used one too.

This is not a geeezer film for the sake of it, yes you get some violence and the other bits you would expect but it's done in a very classy way and the focus is on the story telling.

I would go so far to say that it is as good if not somewhat better than the first one, something which in itself is very rare, I am happy to see the return of the great british film, it's here and it shines.

So pleased am I with this film I will watch it again tonight and it will be a permanent part of my collection, a job very well done.

Starts off ok then you get a load of extremely repitious editing to get the same point across, again and again, then again.

It's a painful yawnfest where all the decent content is realeased within the first 15 minutes, by the time you are on 1 hour 20 you realise you have wasted just over and hour of your time.

It's a shame because the locations are superb and the film quality is excellent, ultimately it's a total failure due to loss of direction, made in a couple of days and straight to dvd low grade rubbish.

1.0 out of 5 stars he's terrible in this too, 25 May 2017

Dyer proving to us he's a one trick pony, in this he's more pony than ever before.

He has a beard, he dad played by the firm leader from football factory also turns up in a beard but thankfully quickly departs, he's terrible in this too.

Then his friend copper, a bearded man, helps him out a bit, problem is he has so many lines to spiel out he ends up sounding like a speed fed south african speak and spell, he gets worst performance ever gong for this.

As he seeks vendetta on street dudes the police get onto him, but low and behold in a plot taken stright from Rambo 1 his army captain shows up, a bearded man from bonded by blood, the next thing you know the spooks turn up and they are clean shaven and powerful, to save the day.

What happens from there on in is hyperthetical in every way, but notably the midget who is the lead in rise of the footsoldier and has clearly tried very hard to grow a beard is on his side, he's now the leader of the met police "swat team", yes I know.

What this film does is use the same old actors in the same old clothes with the same old haircuts, puts them together with a very poor script and destroys what could have been a good story, it's a shame that other talent out there is not being used because this is destroying british film potential and I for on and completely bored of it.

4.0 out of 5 stars This is more like an older british style film, 25 May 2017

Took a gamble on this as it got slated on here, but surprisingly this turned out well.

This is more like an older british style film, it's down to earth and tells a story, yes there's the odd bit of dodgy acting but this is confined to one or two scenes and all in all this is a decent film.

Well worth the watch, if you're thinking it's the typical geezer film packed with swearing and shooting you're wrong, there's some violence but that's not the main theme here.

A great album very sadly let down by a very muddy mix down, I know this is punk however there is no excuse for the poor quality of sound on this cd, if you watch the videos onine the quality of sound is much better.

Great content but overlooked execution, what a shame, I would have bought all the albums but this one has put me off.

The best most addictive box set ever which on second viewing is even better than the first, the last series makes more sense having watched it twice.

Phenominal stuff productions like this don't come round very often.

3.0 out of 5 stars Also the idea for the film is very good and original, 27 Mar. 2017
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Mob Handed [DVD] (DVD)
I gave this film 3 stars because if it was a spoof then it would have been half way there, however the subject matter kind of kills the comedy element.

Also the idea for the film is very good and original.

Where it all falls down is the budget which i think was probably just shy of £30.

The acting in this is so bad it's amusing other than the main character who squeels and shouts thropughout which is very tiring, classic over acting.

The jason hooligan bloke in this is great because he is so bad, he closes his eyes every time he takes a shot with the gun and squeeks like a fat bloke always does. I was hoping to see more of dave but he stars for about 30 seconds driving a tank.

The true genius of this film is the ability to get the absolute worst out of every actor in it both established and new, this is really a rare skill and I have seen better acting in junior school plays.

Edited with a hatchet and randomly directed more so than any other film ever made there is something here it's just went horribly wrong and ended up in a right mess.

1.0 out of 5 stars A total failure on every level., 27 Mar. 2017
This is a film made from press cuttings, there's noresearch here and I learned more from reading a 5 minute article in the standard.

The film is slow unexciting, poorly acted, poorly scripted, badly filmed and there's no direction what so ever.

I can only this was a race to see who cuold make the first film about this job and then cash in, well they won the race but there's no cigar, it's a total failure.

I understand there's a couple more being made, I can't see they would be that much better because not a great deal is known, however I would be surprised if they were any worse than this.
