5.0 out of 5 stars Good workhorse notebook, 29 Nov. 2016
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Very pleased with this notebook it is exactly what I was looking for. Boots up fast due to M2 SSD. Battery life is good I get about 6 hours of usable life doing word processing, using PowerPoint and molecule drawing software. It is very quiet and it runs very cool. Keyboard is a bit clunky but I have gotten used to it pretty quickly. I find the touchpad more useable than most - often go a long time without using a mouse - unusual for me. Biggest let down is the screen resolution- OK for what I need it for but if you are planning on watching video on it I would look elsewhere. Performance is good out of the box but RAM can be upgraded by adding another 8 GB (I am not going to bother) and there is a free hard drive bay so may add another SSD drive - upgrading is a 5 minute job.

5.0 out of 5 stars A fusion of Medieval and rock music, 21 July 2001
This, the third Blackmore's Night album sees the band going from strength to strength. Those that bought the last two albums should snap this up. Those who are new to the band - buy this album you will not regret it. From the intricate guitar solo in the title track to the sublime acoustic guitar in tracks such as Praetorius this is Blackmore at his finest. The vocals are handled by Candice Night - she just keeps getting better. A good illustration of her vocal talents can be heard on Written in the Stars. There is not a bad track on the album and at 18 tracks on the limited edition the album represents excellent value for money.
