Not a Diet Book, but a Way of Life Book, 25 Jan. 2014
Easy to follow recipes, with use of good old fashioned words like "dollop". Really imaginative ideas and the suggestion for using leftovers in an intelligent way. Healthy eating in a sensible way as opposed to fad, and you can mix carbs and protein!
I received the book by way of a Christmas present, and I have used it regularly over the last month. All the recipes have merit and there are some great tips and food combinations, that I may have not even entertained.
The author knows her stuff and i am enjoying exploring her food voyage.
