Vacuous and boring.
If you're into a cocaine-based city lifestyle and you want to see a film which celebrates this then this film is for you. Otherwise don't bother.

I was expecting a more satirical piece, but this film seems to be glamourize drug-fuelled excesses of the Wall Street. The makers of it probably wanted to shock but it was just boring. It's also quite long. I gave up after 1 hr 50 mins and read the story on Wikipedia.

Great book about the Buchan Line.

The media always talks about railway closures in terms of the Beeching cuts, but this 40-mile line was closed in 1979 and quickly lifted.

Thankfully the entire Fraserburgh-Dyce route is protected as a cycle path, but it would big a huge benefit to the area if they opened the passenger line once the the Aberdeen-Inverurie line is doubled

4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent game but board needs to be bigger !!!, 19 Jan. 2015

This review is from: The London Board Game (Toy)
I first played the game in the late 70s and because of this I have a detailed knowledge of the underground.

It is a fabulous way to educate kids about how to navigate themselves round London.

In the 1970s, the game just concentrated on what is now Zone 1, but it now goes to about zone 3. Whilst it is great, so we an updated version- the board needs to be bigger because if several pieces are on a station it becomes a bit unmanageable.

Obviously when Crossrail gets opened in 2018, the game will need a redesign and at the point it will be essential to have a bigger board

Due a really annoying trick which Warner brothers have employed, you will not be able to rip this CD to itunes on Windows 7. It is the same with all the other remastered Pogues CDs from 2004.

As for the music, well what I can say- fantastic but try to find a version which you can rip to itunes

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic, 22 July 2012

Over the Border is a standout track. As a indie fan of the 80s and 90s, who is married with kids the lyrics are very fitting.

All through the album there's references to getting older and growing more mature, but against such beautiful pop music is quite rare.

Other great tracks are Tonight and when i was seventeen but the album is great. Musically it is like modern Kylie, scissor sisters or Madonna- but lyrically it is way ahead of these artists.
