south beach diet book, 14 April 2011
good book. 1st part is all about why it works and how it works with some success stories along the way. easy to read. The 2nd half is all about how to do the diet, which is easy to follow with 14 day meal planners for each phase. I am in week 3 and have lost 7lbs so far, but you do have to stick to it to see the results.I don't feel hungry, which has always been an issue for me on diets, but sometimes I am bored with the choices.
