5.0 out of 5 stars BEST DS GAME EVER!, 18 Mar. 2007
I found this game rather entertaining

and it was quite good with all the

pets you could choose

Customise your Sim select your Sim's gender, hair colour and clothing style.

Create-A-Pet create a cuddly kitten or feisty fido for your Sim to love and care for as their very own.

Pet Care like their human friends, Sim pets have needs! A healthy snack, a romp in the park, good grooming and a bath are all good ways to meet pet needs.

Your Sim is the town vet even pets sometimes feel under the weather and it's your job to find out what is ailing them and set things right.

Shop 'til you drop creature comforts for your Sims (of either the two- or four-legged persuasion) .

Unlock Rewards As your Sim gets better at caring for pets, they can unlock special items. Make sure your Sim treats their patients well!

Your mainly a vet here, but it is

quite challenging!

I liked it, i hope

you do!

Great graphics and overall a grea game!!

With a theme based on the hit survival-horror series Silent Hill, Konami presents a compelling new entertainment genre for Sony's PSP, taking full advantage of the new UMD format

Konami's Silent Hill series has grown in popularity far beyond videogames. This year the Silent Hill movie is released starring Sean Bean (The Island) and Radha Mitchell (Phone Booth). A comic book series, written by the celebrated author Scott Ciencin, has been popular since 2004

This innovative Silent Hill UMD from Konami has much to offer of fans of the games and the movie, but is sure to appeal to anyone in search of a gripping interactive horror experience. Its varied and versatile content is perfect for dipping into whenever you need a spooky fix

The Silent Hill Experience contains a series of digital Silent Hill comic books, unique on PSP. In addition to Ciencin's critically acclaimed 'Dying Inside' chapters, there is a brand new Silent Hill story that ties in with the movie, and all comics feature animated panels with interactive transitions between scenes

Horror movie buffs will relish an exclusive interview with Silent Hill director Christophe Gans and the theatrical trailer

In addition, 20 pieces of music have been hand-picked from the four soundtracks by Silent Hill Music Director and Composer Akira Yamaoka, who explains his choices in an exclusive interview. The music can be listened to separately at any time

A must buy for all

The lowdown:

After years of trying to create less complex, mini-game orientated spin-offs it seems EA are now keen to see the PC and console The Sims games converge. This new iteration is an expansion pack on the PC but a full price, stand alone game on the consoles. As the name subtly hints the main addition to the game this time round is a number of four-legged friends, plus fish and birds (although it's really cats and dogs that get most of the attention). You can also create your own personalised pet via a complex customisation tool that's just as versatile as the one for humans and on the PC version you can even send your four-legged friend to work!

Most exciting moment:

On the PC this is a perfectly welcome but very narrow expansion. However the full price console version is actually a considerable improvement on the original with an easier-to-use interface, better artificial intelligence and even reduced loading times.

Since you ask:

The next PC expansion pack is called In Season and seems to be roughly analogous to The Sims expansion On Holiday, in that it'll focus on exterior objects and locations. It's not yet clear whether there'll be a console version.

The bottom line:

Finally, The Sims is made to work on consoles!-HARRISON DENT

Manufacturer's Description

Get your paws on The Sims 2 Pets Expansion Pack! From scampering puppies to cuddly kittens, add a new furry or feathered friend to your Sims' lives. Choose from dozens of the most popular dog and cat breeds like Dalmatians or the American Shorthair. Or create a unique cat or dog by modifying their body shape and facial features, choosing specific colours and markings, and more. Decide on a personality - smart, sweet, silly, or sloppy.

Your Sims can teach their pets tricks, take them for a romp in the park, and countless other things as they share their lives with their pets. But keep one thing in mind - your Sims' pets have minds of their own. Don't be surprised if cats scratch the sofa, dogs dig holes in the garden, pets sleep on your Sims' bed, or worse. Expect the unexpected.

Key Features:

Sims Have Pets

Your Sims can share a lifetime with their pets. Sims can adopt dogs, cats, birds, and more.

Create-a-Pet

Now your Sims aren't the only ones bringing home the bacon! Skilled pets can earn a living from three career tracks - Show Business, Security, and service - and work their way up through five job levels.

Bloody fantastic this is

Eight Legged Freaks is admittedly a lot of fun, and

there are some great set-pieces to enjoy, including a gang of teenage dirt bikers escaping a horde of

jumping spiders. It's also quite gory in places, though with only a couple of decent shocks it's hardly likely to

induce large-scale arachnophobia.

The spiders are impressive and or

However, if you can suspend your

disbelief for an hour and a half you will enjoy this pacey, fun and action-filled popcorn

flick. It doesn't ever take itself too seriously

and is certainly a lot more fun than producer Dean Devlin's other genre entries,

Godzilla and Independence Day.

BEST CONSOLE EVER MADE IN MY OPINOIN!

FANTASTIC POWER AND AMAZING GRAPGICS

:):):):)

ALL THE GAMES I HAVE ROCK

The PlayStation 3 is powered by the Cell Broadband Engine, a revolutionary microprocessor that leapfrogs

the performance of existing processors, giving the

PlayStation 3 system supercomputer-like power and performance that until now, game developers have only dreamt about. For example,

the Cell Broadband Engine

is 40 times faster than the chip that is found inside the PlayStation 2 console.

The PlayStation 3 system's Cell Broadband

Engine is the very thing that game developers have always dreamt about. Its unique multi-processing unit design represents a tour de force in parallel processing. The ability to do

more of everything at the same time means more enemies, more AI, more explosions, and more realistic gam

eplay. Amazing gameplay elements such as ragdoll physics and keyframe animation, enemy AI behaving unpredictably,

glass cracking based on the size of the object that impacted it, and individual flecks of dust in a beam of sunlight are all

possible with the PlayStation 3. The Cell

Broadband Engine has the muscle and horsepower to move beyond artificial intelligence.

BEST THING EVER

A MUST

BUY

FOR ALL

4.0 out of 5 stars GREAT GAME, 21 April 2006
This review is from: The Sims 2 (PS2) (Video Game)
this game is amazing and is a greay deal better than the old one but it's a bit annoying. the social skills are quite good but not brilliant. The annoyinist thing is when your part way through a romantic life with a sim there comes the day when they have to break up and if they have love asparations the meter goes a great deal down.

BUT APART FROM THAT THE GAME IS FAB
