Small and flexible but shame it doesn't have speeds or an off switch so that it can stay in the USB.

5.0 out of 5 stars Informative and Detailed, 6 Feb. 2014

Informative and detailed but no too much detail that it bogs you down with jargon. I have already recommended this to a friend who goes to the gym but can't afford to pay a Persona Trainer. The illustrations of the muscle structure are helpful when devising a workout program. I use this book for that purpose and I have seen great results in the muscle areas which I want to tone. My partner has also used it. If you work out you need this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Kohima - The untold stories, 21 Feb. 2012
Good read though very small print. There is a great deal of infomation in this book regarding the Japanese invasion of India. Gives an account of the horrors of this part of the war and brings to life the suffering of those involved. Very few of those involved talked about their experiences and as a result the events and sufferings are only just comming to light.
