2.0 out of 5 stars WARNING: Cannot use USB pen drives in standby mode, 18 Oct. 2016
The HiFi has good sound and many features, but there is a behaviour which renders it inadequate for playing music in USB pen drives.

The USB port never switches off, even when the HiFi is in standby mode. This causes USB pen drives to overheat and may result in damage to the equipment or cause fires.

I have contacted Panasonic and they have confirmed this behaviour. They advised me not to connect USB pen drives when the HiFi is in standby mode.

This also means you cannot use the sleep feature when listening to music in USB pen drives.

5.0 out of 5 stars So far, so good, 21 Nov. 2014
I've just received this charger and have only tried it once, so this is a preliminary review. I will update it if my impressions change with time.

The charger looks nice and solid, it doesn't have a cheap feel at all. When you connect it to the car, it emits a blue light out of the USB sockets, so that you know it's connected. It features 2 USB sockets, clearly marked as 1A and 2A. The latter supposedly has enough power for more hungry devices, such as tablets, but I haven't tried it yet. I did try the 1A socket to charge my 4G wifi router and it worked just fine. No hiss noises, no overheating and charging speed appeared to be normal. I will continue to do some testing before I trust my tablet to this charger, but so far it looks like a decent piece of equipment.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works great with Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5", 20 Nov. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Works great with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5". It's a bit on the expensive side compared to other options, but you get a android-optimized keyboard with plenty of android-specific function keys that works perfectly (it has no lag or undesired key repetition). If you're looking for an android-specific keyboard that works great with Samsung's phones and tablets, this is an excellent choice.
My only minor complaint is that the keyboard's design is wide and small in height, which contrasts with the tablet's design which is narrower and higher. This makes it awkward to put both on the same case to carry along. Apple's keyboards tend to have dimensions and ratios similar to the tablets themselves, I wish Samsung had gone for the same design. Still, it's a matter of getting a larger case, not a big issue.

by Lynn Johnston
Edition: Hardcover
Price: £20.28

5.0 out of 5 stars Quite enjoyable, this edition is interesting due to the inclusion of accompanying comments by the author, 20 Nov. 2014
Humour-wise this is not the best comic strip I've seen, but I've found it quite enjoyable. What's great about this particular edition is that it features original strips alongside new ones, put in context. It also includes plenty of comments from the author on the background of some strips and storylines. All in all, this makes it a pleasant and interesting read and a worthy addition to my lengthy collection. At 400 pages in a nice hardcover edition, it is also good value for its price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Light and sensitive, pretty good value, 17 Nov. 2014
I really enjoyed these stylus pens. The micro-knit tip "glides" over my 10.5" tablet beautifully and even though I'm using a screen protector, it's very sensitive and accurate (much better than using my fingers). They are quite light, weighing about the same as a pencil of the same size. To some this may seem too light, but due to the tip being heavier than the rest of the pen, I've found the balance to be adequate and holding the pen has a pleasant feel to it. Value for money is great, as 3 pens and 3 replacement tips are included for less than £10.
The only tiny fault I've found is that the aluminium shell of one of the pens (the dark blue) contained some markings/scratches around 1mm in length and evenly spaced by about 1cm. This is barely noticeable and is probably some artefact of the manufacture process. The other 2 pens were fine. All in all, a great set of pens at a great price.

4.0 out of 5 stars Acceptable quality, light and thin case, 14 Nov. 2014
Bought this for my 10.5" tablet, as I also wanted to carry a wireless keyboard around and was afraid the 11.6" size would not be enough. In the end, this turns out to be a bit too big, perhaps Amazon could offer a size in between 11.6" and 14.1"?
Quality is acceptable, it's not too sturdy but that's OK as I was looking for a light and relatively thin case. If were to use it for an actual laptop, I would probably want something tougher, but for the tablet this is fine.
