5.0 out of 5 stars the most amazing book ever, 4 Mar. 2001
This review is from: Fall On Your Knees (Paperback)
i thought this book was absolutely brilliant. the characters are all so real, they really made me think. it deals with lots of interesting issues- families, religion, racism, homosexuality to name 4. now i've finished it, i wish there was more, because i already miss the characters, so if you are the author, then thank you, and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WRITE ANOTHER BOOK SOON!!! i need it (and i'm sure a lot of other people do aswell.)

2.0 out of 5 stars Quite disappointing, 25 Feb. 2001
although this book is very accurate in what actually happened, which is a good thing, it doesn't really evoke any strong feelings, which is disappointing and i didn't really feel i got to know any of the characters.i did think it was better than "memoirs of a fox hunting man" but if you want to find out what the atmosphere was like in the trenches, this is not the book.
