I think I must have read a different book to the other people who gave this book fabulous reviews. Janet and John book 1has a better plot and more interesting characters than this novel. Constant references to previous stories were extremely annoying as we're the unbelievable coincidences that moved the story along. I certainly shall not bother reading any other books by this author.

An interesting book set in the American south in the late 1940's. Not a patch on "To Kill a Mocking Bird", but worth a read.

This book is awful. Complete drivel. The plot was obviously worked out on the back of a cigarette packet and the characters are one dimensional at best. The author seemed to be more interested in telling you what time the main character went to sleep and woke up than expanding on the plot or her conspiracy theory. Rubbish!
