1.0 out of 5 stars Poor quality - avoid!, 2 Mar. 2014
After about a year of use the liner inside this bottle started flaking off. A quick online search reveals this is a common problem with SIGG bottles. Considering this is a bottle designed for a child this is simply not good enough. I was concerned about the effects of ingesting pieces of this liner.
Avoid this brand.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works a treat with a Raspberry Pi, 11 May 2012
Bought one of these to use with my Raspberry Pi -worked straight out of the box when running the Debian Linux distribution.

Other than that - decent sized keys and as I will be using it in a media centre enviornment, it is the perfect size (and does not take over the living room). Could be useful for presentations too.

Speccy users might appreciate the rubber keys!

5.0 out of 5 stars Superb little phone, 29 July 2011
This phone delivers a great user experience, especially if you use Google services (i.e. search, Gmail, G+ , Picasa Google Talk etc). Granted this is not unique to the Samsung phone but rather generic features of android phones.
In terms of the handset itself the screen is excellent , although not as good as an Iphone's (to be expected at the lower price point). Battery life is a little disappointing but that is really nitpicking at what is otherwise a fine piece of equipment.
It sits nicely in the hand, is very light and the form factor is just right for carrying around with you all the time. It uses a standard micro-usb port to charge up which is a plus.
Accepts SD cards - I moved the SD card from my old Nokia Symbian phone over to the Ace , and was pleased to see that it automatically found all my music, video and photo files.
Works extremely well as a phone , unlike some other smartphones. Voice clarity is great and the phone dials quickly without delays.
Overall the user experience is very good - no noticeable lag during day to day use.
Highly recommended!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for the job, 13 Mar. 2011
The Tom Tom One XL fits nicely in this case, and there is room for all the bits and bobs that go with the sat nav as well. Good value too.

2.0 out of 5 stars Expected more, 10 Feb. 2011
Like many of the other reviewers here, I also had problems with updating the maps using "the latest map guarantee". If you update the maps, then the entire European map does not fit on the device, and you have to select "zones" - i.e. only parts of Europe covered at a time. This is a dubious ploy by TomTom at best, and blatantly dishonest at worst. Frankly if a device is described as providing maps of Europe (in contrast with the "UK only" model), and ships with a "latest map guarantee" then I expect that the device has full support for the entire funtionality - upgrade or not.
What a shame really, as otherwise it is a very easy to use and tidy device. The display is very clear, and unlike Garmins I have used in the past it is not overly chatty during navigation.
I should have done a bit more homework before buying this, as it seems this map issue is common to most TomTom models.
If you don't mind not being able to update the entire map in one go - then you can consider this product, otherwise stay away.

3.0 out of 5 stars Single player GREAT - Multi player online BAD, 15 Oct. 2010
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
Really enjoyed the single player part of the game - good range of different scenarios and the developers have managed to create fantatstic atmosphere - was especially impressed by the audio.
However so far the multi player online part of the game really is a let down. Too few maps , and you die too soon due to more frequent players already having the best weapons and there is not enough room for tactical moves to outwit them (i.e. in the Shahikot mountains coming down the hill there is pretty much just two paths to go down - with snipers in the right positions it becomes mission impossible). The game seems to suffer from lag which was not the case with the beta - I guess they are having some teething problems with a larger number of players online.

In a nutshell if you are buying it for the single player game - highly recommended, but if you are after multi player online action you will do better with your money elsewhere - perhaps wait for Call of Duty: Black Ops.
