1.0 out of 5 stars Great if you dont have to turn corners in the road or hit the occasional speed bump., 9 May 2016
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Terrible, the only time this item works is when you don't have to do the following:

Turn corners in the road
Go over the occasional speed bump/s

Even when you place it on the vents as shown in the picture/s it will NOT hold its position on the vents, the arms that grab the vent only glide on with ease as the same as if you were to take it off. This has led to my iphone slipping and sliding across the air vents and on another occasion slipped off all together and that caused my iphone screen to crack which of course they will not compensate me for.

Avoid

5.0 out of 5 stars How'd we do without Dino? Not bad, 13 Nov. 2015
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Archetype (MP3 Download)
Fear factory has always been a (if not THE) pioneer of industrial metal. When dino was on his hiatus from the band the next album was going to be questionable as we had no idea how it would sound without him. Luckily, they kept the Fear Factoty sound and pace and this song is now as it was when it was originally released, a crowd participation song and one that everyone enjoys live. A good mix of heavy and melodic singing brings the song archetype to a blissful tune.

5.0 out of 5 stars 50% Heavy 50% Melodic, 6 Sept. 2010
From the beginning Corey said that "People are going to love this album and people are going to hate this album" I think it might be cause on the previous Stone Sour albums there has only been 1-2 Melodic songs, where as on Audio Secrecy its pretty much gone 50/50 so if Sour fans are looking to get something like the first Album then that wont be the case. BUT. I would put it on par with Come What(eva)May as there is more then a few songs I am constantly having on loop in the last 48hrs. All in all Stone Sour have made another album worth purchasing, just be prepared for alot of melodic songs on here though.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another Winner, 16 Aug. 2010
This review is from: This Afternoon (MP3 Download)
One thing I loved about Nickleback's Album "For All The Right Reasons" was that "Rockstar" & "Photograph" had me keeping these on my setlist on the way to work for AGES due to them being so catchy and fun to sing along to. This song is no different catchy-ness wise and will probably be on Kerrang or Local Radio for a long time just like the other two. Well done Nickleback

5.0 out of 5 stars Welcome back Rob Zombie, 23 Feb. 2010
This review is from: Hellbilly Deluxe 2 (Audio CD)
One thing a lot of metal bands seem to be doing lately is going from very Heavy Metal to Melodic and more toned down material. Pretty much what Rob Zombie did before he started directing films.
So I listened to this album with an open mind to see if I would be surprised or disappointed...
Straight away I hear the Rob Zombie we all know and love returning with his old school heavy metal style making me think ahhhhh ok so this might be interesting. Kicking off with the first track Sick bubblegum which I am already resisting the urge to hit the skip button. Still on edge I hope that the rest of the album would not disappoint, from What? To Burn every song had either my feet tapping or head nodding away
There is also a lot of guitar solos in this song which I haven't really noticed in his other songs so that makes a nice change
One thing I miss is the odd fast song as it was Super beast that got me into Rob Zombie and I guess I was hoping for similar tunes on this album although Werewolf Women of the SS delivered nicely
On the whole I am very happy with this album and don't regret getting it

5.0 out of 5 stars Another Cheap Music Video DVD To Rock It, 24 Mar. 2008
This review is from: Roadrage: 2007 [DVD] (DVD)
why bother trying to watch reduced music videos online on you tube when you can have a selection of favourites on one dvd for less then an hours wages ??? one thing that gets me about the roadrage dvds is you either love them or you hate them. For me i loved this dvd as it held bands that i knew and loved Stone Sour, Killswitch, Machine Head, etc so to relive some classics (even as stone sour havce stopped again) a fiver isnt much t ask for ccystal clear videos for you to seea

5.0 out of 5 stars Within Temptaion Delivers A Treat For The Fans, 3 Dec. 2007
First of all im really shocked that I didn't review the standard edition of this album but then again its probably cause my review didn't get approved ANYWAY ill try it with this version :). My view on special editions is normally wait till they are in a deal cause normally there is not that much worthy of spending so much on a Special Edition of an album you already own !!HOWEVER!! Like the Special Edition of Stone Sour's "Come What(Eva) May" this album actually has things that are more then value for money. The DVD is taken from the band's recent tour in Japan and if no one has EVER herd Within Temptation Live (shame on you) you will get to see that they have an outstanding stage presence as Sharon (singer) always sounds so much better live then on cd but then so does the rest of the band, band DVDs alone can sometimes be about £20 so a bargain show on DVD. The Acoustic versions of some of the singles is impressive as if the songs weren't good enough already to mellow out even MORE to these tunes is just the icing on the cake. All in all definitely a collectors item for any Within Temptation fan and fans that have never seen them live before :)

5.0 out of 5 stars Within Temptation - Until The End Of Time - Mother Earth, 6 Nov. 2007
This review is from: Mother Earth (Audio CD)
I first found out about Within Temptation when they joined Road Runner Records and after purchasing The Silent Force i thought id investigate some of the older albums. With the Silent Force it was a little heavier then this album which is ok cause this way it showed that they just kept evolving with the present day music BUT if you want to hear Within Temptation on a mellow-level lower and smoother then their current albums "The Silent Force" + "The Heart Of Everything" then it would be worth checking out how Within Temptation sounded a long time back. My favourite song on here would have to be Mother Earth cause it was soooo smoothing and relaxing for me and to almost here a story about mother nature through a song is a rare thing in music these days

5.0 out of 5 stars The Battle Just Got Heavier, 9 July 2007
This review is from: Fire Up The Blades (Audio CD)
For anyone who got the first album you know that the theme of battle metal was well underway with bands like Turisas coming along there is strong competition out there. But when you come accross a producer like Joey Jordison (Slipknot) for your next album theres no doubt that the follow up to Advance And Vanquish is going to be good. This music is ALOT heavier and faster then the first album but it also keeps elements from the first album that will either have you screaming along or laughing along either way the album has enough grip on it to last you till the end of the album. I like the fact that this album has advanced on the predecessor album and fans of the original music and the power metal fans will find this a treat for your ears to hear ^_^

5.0 out of 5 stars Met the Wretched, Met your maker, Hear Your Last Kind Words, 9 July 2007
This review is from: The Last Kind Words (Audio CD)
If theres one thing i noticed about the last album over the one before that is that DD are good at evolving there material and when i herd this album before the gig at the underworld my expectations were exceeded with my fingers shaking/tapping rapidly to the first opening 3 songs "Not All Who Wander Are Lost" "Clouds Over California" and "Bound By The Moon" it was very difficault to sit there and just listen when you wanna break out into a mosh pit with those around you ;-) so heres my final view on thenew album if you want songs that are adrenaline pumped to the point of going into violent mosh pit then this is for you (and me) however the last few songs o nthis album are interesting cause they start off heavy and then fade off into a mellow out perfect example of this is the song "The Axe Shall Fall" (very good) so it can also apeal to people not so fermiliar with DD
