UP24 by Jawbone Medium Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracking Wristband for iOS and Android - Persimmon

3.0 out of 5 stars Serious reliability issues., 4 Dec. 2016

I've now had 3 different Jawbone devices and my wife has had 2 - problem is that's 5 in the last year and only 1 still working. Love the design, size, weight (you hardly notice your wearing it), accuracy, and Android software interface. But there are some serious reliability issues, they just keep breaking. I've been able to return all the faulty ones for refund or replacement until today, when the one that packed in was just over 1 year old. So it's going to be Fitbit for my next wearable.

Aurora 6W GU10 LED Light Bulbs Warm White - Perfect Size Retrofit

5.0 out of 5 stars Great bulbs, highly recommended, 7 Feb. 2013

Very impressed with these. Power consumption 6W vs the 50W ones I was using I have only bought 5 but will definitely replace the other 8 in my house as soon as the halogen ones burn out. The light colour is a lot more natural, more like daylight, and seems to better illuminate the rooms (hallways), appearing brighter without being eye-ball burning ! Highly recommended assuming they last as long as they should but a 2 year warranty is a good start.

Written in 1998 - and it shows ! A lot of new trails have been purpose-built in Scotland in the last 5 years and obviously none of these appear in the book. Some of the routes in the book are too easy to be considered "MTB" routes, and some are far too short to be of any interest. That said it's well written, contains useful tips and is a reasonable starting point for exploring off the beaten track.
