Wow, what a great book! Easy to read & packed full of usual knowledge. Just perfect! A must read for anyone who has ever struggled with their weight (either to lose it or gain). I've personally always struggled and have tried every diet under the sun to lose weight & be happy with my body so I guess you could call me the queen of yoyo dieting. Not a accolade I'm proud of! I recently realised that all my attempted (and subsequent failings) at trying to lose weight were a direct result of my ridiculous lack of knowledge and know how, and also having been brain washed by health mags and crash diets and the latest fad out of LA, the land of the invisible people! (size 0 or even minus 0). This books takes the basic principals of nutrition and training and makes it's so easy for you to understand. It's been a huge eye opener for me and has really kick started a serious shift in my eating & workout patterns. I cannot thank Mike Matthews enough for taking the time to share his knowledge with me. It's will have saved me wasting years getting nowhere, spending a fortune or stupid diets, fat loss pills and feeling bad about myself! Ladies if you want to change your body & health for the better, you must read this book. It's incredible. Enjoy!! :)
