Well i waited for delivery of this item in anticipation to use this in alignment with the unit i use at the Dr surgery!
Only to find upon unpacking this item, which is absolutely great and simple to understand!
The only issue is that this item i believe is for a child, the arm cuff is very small in diameter, so i am left with a useless device because upon buying this item there was no refernce to warn people of the sizing of the unit it will fit, i took it as common sense that this is universal, just like the one the Dr uses to adjust for different sizes!
Instead i have a unit that is fit for a child!

For the price you pay it's quite good. It's well structured and the excercises are good to practice with. My only concern is that learning Russian means you have to learn and recognise the cyrillic letters of the alphabet. So at the beginning you need the grounding to learn this, but unfortunately there is no emphasis on this, so you start with a little excercises and then you are immersed into excerises of the next topic. The alphabet is paramount to learn this language, the author should have made a more solid program to the alphabet. Otherwise the rest of the book is enough to ground you into learning and speaking more.
