...Finally a book about Mindfulness that I get! WOW this stuff is really good and it works.
The Mindfulness practices are practical, fun and can be done at (any!) times when you would never think it was possible to be mindful! A really engaging book, well worth a read. The introduction and first sections are great and they help to makes a really abstract concept relevant. I'm getting a lot of benefit from trying out the exercises. Definately recommend this one.
