5.0 out of 5 stars based on real insight into professional client development, 22 Oct. 2013
Ori Wieners book is both broad and deep in scope. it covers so many of the issues that professionals face in their relationships with clients. Most of us did not sign up to our profession to become salespeople and negotiators. We just like doing the work. So having to talk price and fees does not come naturally. Ori has clearly had a lot of personal experience to bring to bear on the topic and this comes through very strongly in the gritty tactics and approaches that he proposes. A very well though through book with lots of practical insights and things to try.

5.0 out of 5 stars Practical and insightful, 22 Oct. 2013
I have read a lot of sales books over the years - and this one is just great. It is practical in outcome but not prescriptive and allows you to think your way through your own situations with clients. I came across a number of concepts that I hadn't really considered before and really enjoyed the buzz of that. The C3 model that the authors introduce in the book has helped me create a number of practical outcomes and techniques which have genuinely helped me become better at relating to clients. well done Tom and Jeremy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Useful and practical, 22 Oct. 2013
This is a good read - based on a lot of relevant experience of professional firms and backed by solid research.
It puts the reader into a position where they can take practical steps to improve the performance of the firm and partners. I would certainly recommend it to others.
