The Cosmic Ordering Wish Book 2010
The Cosmic Ordering Wish Book 2010

4.0 out of 5 stars A fun interactive read, 29 Jan. 2012
This is a far better vale-for-money read than the original book by Mohr, and it's interactive. There is so much more in-depth coverage within this fun to read, and use, book. Even though it's for the year 2010, I just use mine over again. The coverage is more on the positive thinking side of things, although in small snippets. Anyone looking for their first starter book on cosmic ordering would do well to pick up a discounted copy of this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of his better books, 29 Jan. 2012
This is one of the author's earlier titles, and for me it outweighs some of his later books on this subject. It tackles things at grass roots level, shows you that you can really achieve what you want. Anyone putting this into practice will find they make massive gains in the early stages, so an ideal book to get anyone on their way. However, there are times when we need to overcome blocks and hurdles and that may mean finding help in this area from other sources.

4.0 out of 5 stars Smart eating, 29 Jan. 2012
One of the reviewers mentioned they had, after reading this book, given up their cravings for peanut butter, but had now developed a craving for chocolate. I think that after reading this that one of the problems is that a new craving can replace the old one. Doreen has drawn on some scientific findings and has also worked hard at creating a fairly interesting read. Sometimes, though, you need something sweet to take away those hunger pangs. Although some of what Doreen mentions is interesting, I think there are other issues she could have covered in a more in-depth way. There is, though, sure to be something in this for everyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very deserving, 29 Jan. 2012
This book may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it is for me. Skipping over the bits about what you what you shouldn't do is easy, and once you find the real fastlane ideas then you soon pick up on them for personal use. Alright, the author goes on about giving up what you are doing and starting a business and this may seem pretty basic, but it is the way it is delivered that makes it work.

If you are of an entrepreneurial mind set then this is the book for you, but if you are a tomorrow person then forget it. It does take a positive belief system to go along with the content, and well worth it. Getting from what is termed as the sidewalk to the fastlane is achieved through life lessons, and the author is very good at putting these across. Something important to remember when reading this is that if you are not prepared to apply effort in this arena of success achievement then go for something more basic, like an extra pillow!

3.0 out of 5 stars Basic, 29 Jan. 2012
More of a sketch than a blueprint for life change. Full of quotes from other well known luminaries of the self help world. The philosophy within is a conglomerate of other ideologies. Dare I say it, but reading this book will not in itself create new outcomes. I would suggest this book for new starters to this subject, but for anyone beyond the stage of a new starter I would suggest you go for something more cerebral, such as The Millionaire Fastlane: Crack the Code to Wealth and Live Rich for a Lifetime!or Think and Grow Rich.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for kids, too, 25 Mar. 2011
Dare I say it, but I bought this book for myself. I am not a child, but find the writing style of Alvin so easy to follow and surprise, surprise; I actually did learn something from this book. Even though it only has about 100 pages, I find it nice and easy to get through and you can ipen it at any page and find yourself getting deep into it. Oh, and I would say it's great for kids, too!

5.0 out of 5 stars fascinating world of hypnotic influence, 25 Mar. 2011
The easy way to learn self-hypnosis, I used this to achieve positive changes in my life and feel amazing. Soon after listening to this I was able to go into altered states of mind quite easily. I found the intsructions were well laid out. I find this an excellent way to help reduce stress and also a great tool to reinforce positive ideas.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great money management tool, 10 Oct. 2010
Those few pennies extra you fork out on an item soon add up, this book shows you how to look at outgoings in a way that actually save you money. No wonder the author has pots of money, obviously he follows his own advice.

4.0 out of 5 stars A spiritual spin on New Age subject, 7 Jan. 2009
Not being an expert in cosmic ordering does not mean I am unable to take on board what is written. Predominantly there are four authors in the top listings offering varying views on this subject. In alphabetical order they are: Andronicou, Cainer, Mohr and Richards.

With this book by Andronicou you get a CD, and like most books that come with a CD I played the CD first and then only used the book to pluck Spartan bits from. One slight critique is that the book could have had some more in-depth editing with the layout, but it doesn't detract from the CD. I wanted to find out more about the author's background but there is nothing available, and a Google search did not help. At first glance it doesn't look much, but then it sort of grows on you. Sadly there are not many of these around at a discount price. The basis of this book is a spiritual one, which lends itself to standing apart from the books by the authors Cainer, Mohr and Richards. This is more for the thought and practice reader, and probably is more faithful to the subject heading of "Religion & Spirituality" than the others. So if you are looking for a spiritual focus then this is the one to go for, and the CD.

3.0 out of 5 stars Astrological connections are not too convincing but still a worthy author, 7 Jan. 2009
I am not an expert on cosmic ordering, and not many can be due it not being long in the public domain. Not being an expert in cosmic ordering does not mean I am unable to take on board what is written. Predominantly there are four authors in the top listings offering varying views on this subject. In alphabetical order they are: Andronicou, Cainer, Mohr and Richards.

The least convincing out of these four cosmic ordering authors is Cainer, although you can never completely ignore what he writes as he already has one foot in the door with his astrology connection. Maybe a little far fetched with his take up on the subject, yet you feel compelled to want to read what he says about it, and when you do then this is when you start to deconstruct with an air of scepticism what he extols. The great thing about this book is that it is so cheap to buy from the affiliate sellers on here, and that is why it is worth picking a copy up just to see for yourself why it has failed to continue with the momentum it started off with. Still worthy of a three star review simply because it is a Cainer book.
