Authentic Beef Sauage seasoning, 25 Jun. 2013
I read a review on amazon and it really bugged me because the person who bought it clearly didn't understand what it was for. There are instructions on the packet which explain what you need to do with it.
Mix it with Rusk, meat and water and mince it back through the mincer into sausage skins and thats it.
For those from Scotland including myself use just under half the amount of water that is recommended and squash into a loaf tin lined with clingfilm and you have a square sausage.
I've bought a few things from tongmaster and their service is spot on.
