Great read, simply tops for a book you can't put down, even though it was it was written some years ago late 80's One of those books where fact is stranger than fiction. Interesting to read that the crime was solved in finally solved in 2007, & we all knew he was guilty didn't we ? How smug to wish his bride of 2 months "all the very best" with her new boyfriend & all along planning to eliminate the boyfriend permanently. Not that the boyfriend didn't have it coming. There must have been a long list of disgruntled Husbands. What a society. There was a World War taking place & these ex-pats were simply busy jumping in & out of each others beds ! That seemed to be their main pre-occupation. Talk about a miscarriage of Justice, no wonder when the Lord's ex-wife was the current mistress of the Lord High Justice of England. Read "The Bolter" as well, another great read the fits perfectly into this sordid tale, with the murder victims earlier life before a new wife someone else's appeared on his radar.
Couldn't get a copy any where here in Ausralia & got my own copy via Amazon from the UK. Loved it & would well recommend it to readers who enjoy 'peeking' into other peoples lives.
