Keep away, 2 Aug. 2011
I purchased this bike on July 3rd. When I opened it I saw that the panel display was broken.
Contacted Amazon's customer service, which I must say is excellent and they instantly sent me a replacement.
I received the replacement and within one week of use the display panel malfunctioned and the bike once again was useless, as no programs could be selected
and no info was displayed on the panel.
Once again contacted customer service, which agreed to refund the bike's cost.
At this point I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Amazon's customer service. I have never seen a company value their customers as Amazon does.
That is why, after I finish writing this review, I will be purchasing a new bike through Amazon, but not a Body Sculpture for sure.
