5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for Fantasy and RPG fans, 16 Dec. 2016
This review is from: Re:Monster Vol 1 (Paperback)
After originally discovering the fan translated version of this manga, I am happy that it finally gets an official English release.

The story follows a gifted man who had everything, even psychic abilities but was cut down in his prime only to soon awake in different world, very much different from the one he had just left.

Not only does he have to cope with the fact that he can still remember his untimely death, he is also no longer human. Born as a lowly goblin infant, his only comfort is the fact that he still retains his memories and most important power. The power to take on the traits of whatever beasts inhabit the world.. provided he eats them first.

Overall: Very enjoyable and a must for any RPG or fantasy fan. The quality of the book is great (Good artwork, paper quality and translation). But the biggest bonus has got to be the size of the manga volume, you get a lot of chapters for your money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great series so far, 7 May 2016
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This volume sees the heroes in training face off against some pretty interesting adversaries. The fights overall are made more interesting by not just focusing on the central character and instead giving each classmate a chance to shine. Can't go into much more detail without spoiling things ;).

3.0 out of 5 stars Best left on the back burners of new games to play this year., 28 Sept. 2014
This review is from: Destiny (Xbox One) (Video Game)
I will keep this review short and sweet. There are currently too many problems with the overall basic mechanics of this game to make it worth picking up. For example, loot is not allocated based on performance or skill, it's simply based on pure luck and considering leveling up in late game is based on said loot, it can be frustrating to see your friends advance ahead of you just because they did better on the game's invisible wheel of fortune.

Legendary or Exotic items are class based so even if you are lucky enough to get your mitts on one, it may be for another class. "You may be thinking, oh I could just trade it to a friend". Unfortunately there is no trading whatsoever between players or friends currently and the process of reaching the required level to utilize said equipment with a fresh character is daunting .

The game play itself overtime begins to offer very little satisfaction as you become very aware that bosses are simply bullet sponges and that many game play events have to be repeated over and over for what seems to be meager rewards.

The sad thing is, is that the game came with a leaflet for future dlc which likely consists of content that should of been in the original retail release.

1.0 out of 5 stars Poor quality cage., 25 May 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I had bought this cage ready for a conure but upon building it, I found the cage to be flimsy and bent out of place in some areas. Any birds with half a brain cell would work out how to open the feed hatches to escape. NOT SUITABLE FOR PARROTS. Only very small birds would benefit from this cage as a larger bird could damage the bars of the cage and escape.

Pokemon X & Pokemon Y: The Official Kalos Region Pokedex & Postgame Adventure Guide

3.0 out of 5 stars Could of been better.., 15 Dec. 2013
I bought this item at Game and got it home to realize that there is no national pokedex in this guide what so ever. Only the Kalos pokedex is covered (around 450 pokemon) which essentially leaves 271 pokemon not included within this guide. I don't find this acceptable as I wanted this guide as a quick reference to look up each and every pokemon's egg moves, evolution conditions etc. The pokemon that are covered have their information presented in a clear well laid out manner according to their kalos pokedex numbers with pretty much everything you could want to look up presented in various tables. A decent guide but could of been better.

Pokemon Legendary EX Tin Fall 2012 Assortment
Pokemon Legendary EX Tin Fall 2012 Assortment

4.0 out of 5 stars Good, could of been better., 14 Sept. 2012
The tin comes with 4 booster packs which are: 2x Dragon exalted, 1x Emerging powers, 1x Black and White Base set. This is okay but not great as B&W BS and EP have been out for a long time now and newer sets should of been included instead. I am a little annoyed that next destinies and dark explorers weren't included in these tins considering that both Mewtwo and Darkrai come from these sets and instead Pokemon decided to go for the older sets that have fallen in popularity. The quality of the promos in the tins is very good and are definitely worth acquiring but whether you decide to get the tins or just buy them individually is up to you.

In conclusion, if you still need cards from the sets mentioned above then by all means go for it otherwise buy just buy the promos themselves.
