5.0 out of 5 stars Finally!, 8 Aug. 2011
If you like exotic Cars and movie style Police chases...

...Or, If you loved the classic 90's Need for speed games (or Most Wanted and Carbon), This might be the Need for speed you'll want!

It's all about getting the Most extreme supercar you have, Pushing it to the max around beutiful scenery, and then being chased by cops. And Damn These pursuits are fun! While you racing they might use Helicopters, Spike strips and SUVs as well as supercars. These make the races even more of a Hoot

Theres also freeroam. it's great if you want to relax and explore after a hard race Theres a lot of diffent places to explore like Desert roads, Snowny moutains and Beaches (You race in these areas to)

The driving in the game is like a arcade style that has a relistic feel to it, It's a great mix and makes the cars feel great to drive. The only thing is that the cars ALWAYS drift around the corners, but it also makes it more fun

The cars you drive in the game is also pretty impressive; Theres a lot of exotic cars to choose from Eg. Pagani Zondas, Audi R8s, Ford GTs, Nissan 370z's. Theres no tuning though, That might annoy some Nfs fans!

Overall, a great return to form for Need for Speed :)

3.0 out of 5 stars Need for speed? Not this time!, 8 Aug. 2011
Just like a lot of people I was looking forward to playing Prostreet, thinking it would be full of pursuits and things to explore (like the other Need for speed Games)

But damn was I wrong! This game just isn't the same as the classics that made the franchise a hit, Theres nothing to please a Need for speed fan here... No freeroam and pursuits, No unique places other than Tracks!

Thats right... it's turned into something that a lot of other games do, It's just a track racing game with no sparkle or things to do other than Race (On boring tracks), customise and buy cars. If i wanted that, i would of just got forza!

And the driving is terrible, the cars handle like there on rails and it's extremely boring having to HURL your car into a hard corner! its so bad it can't be called fun OR realistic

If you have a Ps3 or 360 and want to know what Need for speed REALLY is, I would recommend Need for speed Hot Pursuit (2011) or Need for Speed Most Wanted! (2005)

Hope you found this helpful :)

If you hated prostreet but love Most wanted you will like this! Pursuits and Freeroam is BACK

The cars are even better, You can get a porshe 911 GT2 and much more and the graphics are GR8

Also the music is a great mix of Rap and Alterative Rock you will like it trust me
