5.0 out of 5 stars How to be Happy - here's the answer..., 14 Aug. 2012
Liggy has once again delivered an engaging and well-researched book, this time pulling together a realistic and doable set of instructions that will have you feeling happier in no time.

Of course, you have to actually do what she suggests for it to work, but Liggy's writing is so clear and motivational in style that you will be itching to start implementing the small changes.

I particularly love the funny stories and clear, concise checklists at the start and end of each chapter. OK some of it may sound a bit obvious to anyone that's read a bunch of self-help books before, but if you're still searching for the secret to happiness after reading them, I guess you need to hear it again and this time, act on it. And when you read this book, more than likely you will.

Buy this book now and by the day after tomorrow (depending how quickly you read) you will already be on the road to happiness.

This review is from: Thank You (Paperback)
Do you want to be happier, fitter and healthier? Yes? Well then you need to adopt an attitude of gratitude. That's what Liggy Webb advises in her book Thank You and I can highly recommend it. Liggy has a very engaging writing style, while backing everything up with research and including funny little sayings and anecdotes. An all round good read leaving you feeling good and with the tools to go on to feel even better.
