5.0 out of 5 stars The best linux based book i've ever read., 6 Jan. 2008
Beginning Fedora is quite possibly the best Linux based book i've ever read!
It contains everything you will need to know about Fedora and Linux in general, but what i love so very much about it is that it keeps you interested from start to finish.

Many Linux based books can be quite boring and as a result you lose interest, especially learning BASH for example. But it has to be said, i couldn't put this book down.

I've used Linux for many years now and i still managed to learn a lot from this book, its an ideal guide for anyone who wants to enter the world of Linux and GNU open source software.

The book also comes with a copy of the Fedora 7 operating system so the only thing you need to make this the ultimate learning experience is a computer and some spare time.

Thank you for such a fantastic book.
