The band who defy category.
They just fill your room and head with stunning sounds.
A must for music lovers from the psychedelic 60's, to those who find today's manufactured music empty.
Buy this, then collect all their albums.

5.0 out of 5 stars Every Man fan must get this., 13 Dec. 2011
I was there when Man played this show.
It remains the best Video record of perhaps the greatest live band of their day.
Although as fans of the band we all have their albums, they were always a "live" band and their albums never really caught them at their best because the magical atmosphere cannot be recorded on audio disk.
This DVD is as near to perfection as you can get.
You get the atmosphere, you get the talent, you get the tightness in their collective playing as well as breathtaking solos.
"Many are called but few get up" and "Bananas" are performed in true 60's psycedelic.
We mourn the passing of the great Micky Jones and Clive John, this will stand for all time as a fitting tribute to the great Welsh!

5.0 out of 5 stars A work of art., 13 Dec. 2011
This review is from: 50 Words for Snow (Audio CD)
Unlike some of the reviewers who obviously consider they have an ear for music, this magical masterpiece is for the true listener of the voice.
So many so called "artists" sing with monotoned expression of "easy listening" music.
Kate is and always has been one of the handfull of truely talented singers who "paint pictures" with their voices. I consider her to be the female version of "Captain Beefheart" or "David Bowie".
This album is like being present at some kind of play, images being formed within her outstanding voice.
I personally think she has progressed to new heights with this music while still keeping her unique view and observations of everyday life which has been present from day one in her career.
As with any album of this compexity you need to play it a few times to hear and understand the subtle changes and massages.
I love it! Keep it up Kate, we love you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic, 26 Aug. 2009
This review is from: Ioearth (MP3 Download)
As an older music lover, I search for music that shows real talent. I have found it here with Ioearth.
If you like the earlier Mike Oldfield, Sigur Ros, or even God Speed You Black Emperor, than give this a play.
I hope this album is successful, because there is so much more to come from these talented artists. From the haunting Introduction to the end track, the music has you spell bound.I want more!

5.0 out of 5 stars Classical meets Rock, 27 Jan. 2007
This review is from: Renaissance (Audio CD)
This has to be one of the first real experimental albums which try to embrace rock music with the culture and pure musicianship of the classics. By the time the first track (Kings and Queens) has ended, you will wonder what has hit you! Then wonder how you managed to live your life so far without this mind opening music.
