5.0 out of 5 stars I would recommend this angleizer for its quality, 12 Sept. 2017

This is one of those tools that give you a solid feel. Every nut and bolt is given attention and while using you know it is doing what it is suppose to do. I would recommend this angleizer for its quality. It feels that it will live good life and help when needed. Good quality tools are wise investment as they are accurate, live longer, and you don't need to struggle with the cheap material used these days to give manufacture big profit and to user a lot of headache.

Worst quality
Only purchase if you want to see the ultimate sample of worst quality. The bottom bit is acceptable but the lid is complete failure due to its quality. The idea was to seal it to prevent paint drying but does not do that at all. I wonder why manufacturers produce and sellers sell an item if it does not meet the minimum requirement of quality.

Atlas of Acupuncture, 1e

If you are looking for just TWO books to locate Acupuncture points and their clinical use then the first would be "Altas of Acupuncture" and second "A Manual of Acupuncutre" by Deadman. There is no parallel of this atlas in point location, you won't miss points, however, Deadman's manual has commentary on every point which is missing in this Atlas. I will not consider it a flaw because if they tried to put all the commentary, this book either needed two big volumes or too heavy to lift. The only real issue these days with this book is that this English Edition is hard to find at reasonable price, although editions in other languages are available. I have learnt that re-printing is being sorted out which will bring the price back to affordable. Meanwhile non-English web sites are the best place to look for this English edition where I got my copy at a very reasonable price.

Alternative Commentary on the Quran
Alternative Commentary on the Quran
by Akshin Sultanov
Edition: Paperback
Price: £13.99

1.0 out of 5 stars Best cooked, worst served, 8 Mar. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
First of all I highly appreciate Akshin Sultanov for standing up and writing such a brave book. I wanted to give it five stars but unfortunately if I do so, the author will leave the book as it is and right now it is not a BOOK, rather 508 pages waiting to become a book. Please accept my apologies for being critical but it is purely to help you make your work stand somewhere among useful critical commentaries on Quran. We all need this type of work so please don't take it personally and lose heart.

• Commentary on the Quran means commentary on the whole Quran, unless specified. Yours is not a complete commentary, just Sura 1 and 220 verses of Sura 2, so please make it clear in the title.
• Please organize your thoughts in topics, write whatever belongs to that topic at one place or at least some way to locate or refer to it.
• Please make a well organized table of contents and index (which is not at all difficult with word processors). Do you expect from your read to make their own index to find out what is where in 508 pages?

1.0 out of 5 stars Looks beautiful but does nothing!, 27 Feb. 2014

In simple words, apart from the jumping light show this device is absolutely useless. I read each and every word of instructions and did what they said but mice keep nibbling in front of it in a relexed way. When I look at the jumping lights on this useless device it feels as if they are making fun of the money I spent on it.

Lectures on Homeopathic Materia Medica
Lectures on Homeopathic Materia Medica

1.0 out of 5 stars Lectures on Homeopathic Materia Medica (Kindle edition), 15 Nov. 2010
This could have been a very valuable addition to Kindle library only if it had TABLE OF CONTENTS. Every homoeopathic practitioner knows what a Materia Medica is for and a Materia Medica on Kindle without table of contents is something completely incomprehensible. After purchasing it I wanted to read about Bryonia and found that I have to reach to it flipping through each page. Just imagine the flipping of pages if you want to read about Sulphur. I understand that the original book might not be having table of contents (published in around 1914?) but kindle edition cannot go that way. In a hard copy you can use it in a dictionary style because it is arranged alphabetically. However, customer service understood the issue and refunded me. I will buy it again when it would be with TABLE OF CONTENTS. Many other Kindle editions of classical materia medicas don't have table of contents so please make sure before you purchase.

The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter and Miracles
The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter and Miracles
by Bruce H. Lipton
Edition: Hardcover

5.0 out of 5 stars Five stars might be lesser for this book, 28 July 2009
If you want to understand yourself and who is responsible for what you wished to do but could not do then this book is for you. The book is completely scientific, read it twice to find out any inaccurate information as someone mentioned. After teaching biology, and being doctor I can confidently say that it is the science of the present and future. Those who are limited to Newtonian physics think that atom is the end of the story and don't bother going into atom itself. What are electron, proton and neutron made up of? Is it not energy? So what should be considered the building block, the atom or the energy that gives birth to atom itself. Bruce Lipton not only knows how to present his case but also defends it. Worth reading to take charge of our life and to change it.

5.0 out of 5 stars This book is enough to give you all the needed information, 27 Jun. 2009
This book is not only very good to look at but also justifies the beauty of its printing with the depth and wealth of information. Anyone interested in acupressure should start with this book and most likely might not need any more book on this topic. I appreciate the authors for the hard work and user friendly format.

The Battle for God: Fundamentalism in Judaism, Christianity and Islam
The Battle for God: Fundamentalism in Judaism, Christianity and Islam

5.0 out of 5 stars most remarkable work on religion, 14 July 2006
Karen writes in such a convincing way that it is very difficult for anyone not to be moved by it. The most beautiful aspect of her books is that she disects religion very respectfully and does not oppose just for the sake of opposition. She does not mock religious feelings rather advocates what is good and rational. She accepts the need for religion but does not compromise on scientific rationalism. If one wishes to read a balanced view on religion then her books are must.

Why I Am Not a Muslim
Why I Am Not a Muslim
by Ibn Warraq
Edition: Paperback

5.0 out of 5 stars Read it with open mind, 17 Jun. 2006
This review is from: Why I Am Not a Muslim (Paperback)
I have studied most of the work by Ibn Warraq and his effort must be admired though it is impossible for muslims to do so. He is bluntly honest with facts and knows well what he writes. There is a feeling of repetition which could be forgiven due to the reason that originally all the stuff was in the form of articles. I wish if i could sit with him and talk about some points where i have difference of opinion. I would recommend this book to every muslim, if they could digest truth.
