Shock Box
Shock Box

1.0 out of 5 stars shock box, 29 Dec. 2007
This review is from: Shock Box (Toy)
The shock box doesn't actually shock you, it just vibrates. also it just says whether or not you're lying at random. I was very disappointed that it didn't do what it says on the box.

5.0 out of 5 stars voice interactive dalek, 11 Nov. 2007
I bought the dalek from eBay and the first thing I noticed is how big it is, the 12" dalek seems tiny off to this one. The plunger and gun arm are separate in the box. It does so much, it has a vibration detector on it's head. If you tap it it will stop what it's doing and say 'danger, alert alert' or 'Halt.'

The dalek has: static room guard - where it stays still and looks for a moving object. Roving room guard - where it will move around the room and look for a moving object. Programmable movement - where you can plot a sequence with voice control. Battle defense mode - where the dalek will search for a moving object then exterminate it. Dalek memory banks - where you can ask the dalek about a Doctor Who character. Dalek control - you can control the dalek via remote control

START UP
The dalek gun will light up and the eyestalk will flash blue and red. It will then play a dalek heartbeat sound and say `Dalek unit, status 100% efficiency, awaiting input.'

STATIC ROOM GUARD
To get the dalek into static guard mode say `DALEK' it will reply `YES' then say `GUARD LOCATION' it will then say `I obey, dalek unit engaging guard mode' it will then move side to side and say `Leave this area or be exterminated' a dalek heartbeat is then heard. After 30 seconds it says `Superior dalek multispectrum scanning now engaged' if it detects you it will say `Leave this area or be exterminated' if you don't give a command it will exterminate you but, if you say `dalek, obey me' or `override voice command' it will say `voice command recognized,' and state number of intruders

ROVING GUARD
Voice command `DALEK + SEEK LOCATE
The dalek will move around a room if a moving object crosses its field of vision it will say `leave this area or be exterminated' if the command isn't given it will exterminate the intruder
To override the attack system you must state the command
`dalek' +(dalek responds `yes') + `voice command override'

PLOT ATTACK
Voice command `DALEK' + `PLOT ATTACK'
You can programme the dalek with your voice. The dalek will take up to 10 movement commands. When the command `execute the attack' is given the dalek will do the sequence ending it with `exterminate'

BATTLE DEFENSE MODE
Voice command `DALEK' + `DEFENSE MODE'
The dalek will say `interfacing with battle computer' it will seek out a moving target and exterminate it. Then it will go into normal mode.

DALEK MEMORY BANK
Voice command `DALEK' +'DO YOU RECONISE' +'CHARACTER NAME'
-THE DOCTOR -THE TARDIS
-THE CYBERMEN -THE EMPEROR
-THE GENESIS ARK -EMOTIONS
-THE TIME LORDS -MARTHA JONES

FOLLOW ME
Voice command `DALEK' + `FOLLOW ME'
The dalek will recognise your heat signature and follow you.

IDENTIFY THE DOCTOR GAME
Voice command `DALEK' + GAME MODE'
This is to be played with one or more player sat in a circle. The dalek will spin around and stop on who it thinks is the Doctor and exterminate him.

SILENT MODE
Voice command `DALEK' + `SILENT MODE'
The dalek will be silent

SPEECH MODE
Voice command `DALEK' + `SPEAK'
The dalek will say `we are the supreme beings

OPTICAL SENSOR
Voice command `DALEK' + OPTICAL SENSOR'
The dalek's eyestalk will turn off and it will say `my vision is impaired, I cannot see'

5.0 out of 5 stars shock ball, 7 Oct. 2007
This review is from: Shocking - Shock Ball Blue (Toy)
This ball is so much fun. The shock you get depends on where it touches you. It's very durable, i've dropped it lots and it's still working. You can play so many games with it like, hot potato and you can put the ball on different parts of your body. It's well worth £15, it makes you laugh. I expected it to be bigger but when you play with it you can see why they have made it smaller.
:-D

5.0 out of 5 stars k-9, 17 Feb. 2007
It took quite a long time to take k-9 out of his box but when we did, it was worth it. His ears move from side to side as he moves along. Just like in school reunion k-9s side panel comes off to reveal inner working's, lights and the on/off switch. The phrases are cool and I especially like the gun in his nose. Overall, well worth the money

After looking on the toys r us website it said that this product was out of stock so i finally managed to get one from the toys r us store for £[...] i was delighted. The detail is great! The cyber controller's brain is visable and pipes from the throne attach to his chest like on the programme. The only bad thing about this product is that the cyber controller has some trouble sitting in his throne.it even has to guards to protect him.I think this is great value for money!!! :-)

5.0 out of 5 stars cyberman voice changer helmet, 30 Sept. 2006
When i got this item i was delighted. It looked just like the cybermen on the show.It work really well and i've still got the same batteries it from when i got it 2 months ago.You can still hear your voice under the cyber voice when it's in voice changer mode, and the pre recorded speech is great fun. Inside the helmet is a pitch switch allowing you to change the pitch of the cyber voice. Also it has an ajustable strap to fit children and adults.this item is really fun and is a must for any doctor who fan.

5.0 out of 5 stars out of this world !!!, 30 Sept. 2006
The first thing that you notice about this item is the size,It's huge.It was quite hard to put it together and it was a little bit pricey but it was worth it in the end.i was using it for hours pressing all the buttons and watching the column wizz up and down.I especially like the flip up console pannel (as seen in the boom town and parting of the ways episode.)Overall i think this is a great item and well worth the money.
