Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 Multi-Device, 5 Devices - FFP (PC)

2.0 out of 5 stars 2 stars - I don’t like it, 3 Nov. 2016

It slows down the pc's and phones in a way eset never did. programs starting slower, http traffic seems delayed, rootkit scan runs whenever it likes, it updates software when you need the computer for a short print or making video stutter, making you wait, trouble with https traffic, it nags and delays you. Also, settings are difficult to get familiar with and terminology used is .. bespoke.. so difficult to understand what each setting actually does, i.e., - you end up disabling much more features when troubleshooting blocked traffic than necessary, and the likeliness of forgetting turning modules back on when you found the problem is .. a problem. .. i really don’t like it. it was cheap... but not cheerful. tested our 3 win7 pcs (a mediacentre, a workstation and a laptop) and 2 recent androids. I’ll be going back to eset.

Its early days but it works so 5 stars from me. I've already saved 300£ on replacing caps in our not-broken-anymore LG tv.
So you could say this thing has paid for itself (6 times) already..

Remember (!) to discharge caps before you start mocking about.
Google "Constructing a Capacitor Discharge Tool iFixit" if you are in doubt.

1.0 out of 5 stars not a tool i made friends with, 9 Nov. 2013

Initial 5 star review:
Its a great little tool for every day use. Though its a little fiddly to both open and close. The mini Victorinox Classic SD Army Knife is in fact a much better design. But I prefer this Leatherman for subjective and silly reasons. 5 stars from me

Half a year or so later. The little bit that provides spring action for the scissors broke today.
I never abused the tool so .. what can i say..? Rubbish!
It's one more reason to opt for the little victorinox instead.
Amazon refunded me on the spot. so no complaints there.

here is why I dont like this knife:
.the nailbraking fiddly access to the tools
.the fact that the spring broke
.the fact that the knife is located far up on one side makes it impossible for a righthanded person to peel an apple without the handle rubbing the fruit,
.the knife blade is to thick for such a small blade, ie needing more force to slice through for instance cardboard than with a thinner blade.
. i can go on - but i cant be bothered. be sensible - get the victorinox, it solves all these problems.

finally. 1 star from me. I wish I hadnt bothered.
