5.0 out of 5 stars GOOD BOYS, NOT GOOD, GREAT!!!, 6 Oct. 2003
This review is from: Good Boys [CD 1] (Audio CD)
Good Boys is just the absolutely best Dance Rock song of 2003.
It's just so good, It amazes me. Fresh and vibrant, and has the Classic Blondie sound all over it. Good Boys is right up there with "Heart of Glass, Rapture, Call Me, Atomic and Maria", all #1 Singles. Good Boys is catchy and that great beat is just so throbbing and hypontzing.
Also on the CD are live versions of "Rapture and Maria". As well as the Video for 'Good Boys", remember Blondie were Video Pioneers, making the first ever Video Album with "Eat to the Beat" and having some 25 professional videos made before MTV even aired. Buy this, you'll love it!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars INSTANT CLASSIC BLONDIE, 6 Oct. 2003
Good Boys is just about one of Blondie's best songs. We all know that's saying something, from a band that has produced 6 #1 British Singles and about a dozen more top ten singles. Blondie have always been ground breakers and they don't stop here with Good Boys.
Good Boys is like "Heart of Glass" with a bit of "Rapture" thrown in for good measure. It's a fantastic dance song, with lyrics as catchy as any of their other hits. This is a must have for your collection. There is actually 4 tracks on this release, by the way.

5.0 out of 5 stars BLONDIE'S COMPLETE COLLECTION, 6 Oct. 2003
This review is from: Greatest Hits (Audio CD)
Blondie's Greatest hit's is just about the best that any artist can offer. From Punk to Funk to Techno Rock to Pop, Blondie has put it all here for you, no less than a dozen plus hits. Blondie were the #1 Selling band on the planet from 1978-1981, giving us ground breaking rock, including "Heart of Glass, Rapture and Atomic". They were also the first artist to release a Video Album for their 1979 album "Eat to the Beat". Blondie also gave Hip Hop the break it needed, when "Rapture" was the first ever #1 Rap song, as was "The Tide is High" the first #1 Reggae song that millions around the world ever heard.
Quick break down on several stand out tracks:
Dreaming: Probally Blondie's best written song, an absolutely wonderful rock classic.
Call Me: One of the biggest songs ever charted, great Techno Rock, with delicious lyrics. The song that defined the 1980's.
One way or another: The great punk stalker track, hard driving beat.
Heart of Glass: The Techno Rock Disco song that sold millions of copies and made Blondie the Super Group they are still today.
Rapture: Ground Breaking, lyrics are great fun and the music score is just awesome, a really super cool song.
Atomic: The most sensual song ever to chart, just hypnotizing lyrics. Deborah Harry is the God of Rock.
Denis: Pure Bilingual magic, Deborah Harry is just fantastic!
Sunday Girl: Sweet, just like Ice Cream.
Maria: The #1 comeback Smash. It had New Wave 1979 written all over it, but surprise it was 1999. Incredible comeback song.
