To be honest I was not impressed. The keyboard has a tendency to create multiple duplications of keystrokes on a single tap. This doesn't seem to be an isolated thing either but happens all the time. Very inconvenient when you are trying to type in your password to get into Windows 10.

1.0 out of 5 stars Tiny sizes. Dont believe a word of the size charts it pretends are accurate., 18 Jan. 2016

Essentially despite ordering XL which fits me on almost all size charts this resembled a crop top or a dwarfs hand me down rather than a large t shirt. I gave them to a friend who is a lot smaller than I am.

5.0 out of 5 stars Homeworld is a true gamers treat. Quality story music and gameplay., 5 Jun. 2015
The game is an all time classic and probably defined the rts 4k for the pc when it came out. With an expansive and immerse story that pulls you into the struggle for a new Homeworld this games haunting themes and epic game play will leave you clamouring for more. The games also has huge modding support and a massive fanbase which has to be seen to be believed. I had no problems with crashes of any kind and gearbox appears to be supporting this game quite heavily as there are ongoing tweaks and fixes happening all the time on steam. The soundtracks for both games are amazing as well. Buy this. You will not regret it. I cannot wait for the prequel and of course the fabled Homeworld 3. Truly great stuff.

5.0 out of 5 stars fun and outrageous., 14 Dec. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Genuinely one of the funniest comic adaptations ever made. There is an awful lot of homoerotic imagery on show but it is outshone by the sheer charm and quirk on display. Occasionally its low budget can show through but dont let that throw you. This is deliberately so vad its good.

Why is this being sold? It doesn't actually work. And has never been able to work since it was bought out. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for selling deliberately faulty goods.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't get me wrong the film looks great. Its a extremely well polished turd, 3 Aug. 2014
A truly genuinely awful film. Don't get me wrong the film looks great. Its a extremely well polished turd. However everything about this movie stinks, except for the performances which are uniformly excellent.

The film is probably one of the worst films ever written. Scene after scene of illogicality told with earnest reliability by a cast who are obviously too green to actually query any of this crap with their director.

There are no scenes in this film which actually make sense when you get past any visual flair that it has. Just the first sequence alone is utter nonsense and seems to be designed to look cool rather than make any real sense. There is no reason for a ship that can maintain geo stationary orbit directly above the area they need to beam to or even ride a shuttle to so why were they underwater. No reason at all. And it gets worse from there. Don't even get me started about the screamed Khan moment from Spock which single handedly devastates the character and actually makes no sense. He shouts Khan as Kirk dies. Great a mirror to Wrath Of Khan. Except it wasn't Khan who had done the damage to the Enterprise but the Evil Admiral so why was he even shouting Khan to begin with. Total illogical rubbish masquerading as one of my favourite film series ever. Utter balderdash. I won't be seeing the next one in the Cinema.

3.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing transfer of a great film!, 10 Mar. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I have been waiting with baited breath for this to be released. Its a classic B movie which I loved as a child. I still love it. However the transfer is full of grain and sparkle. This fluctuates from scene to scene. Sometimes perfect and at other times utterly substandard its like they've had the film being digitally de grained but no one was on the ball and just allowed it to go mad.

I am really disappointed in this as I've come to expect more from Arrow. I've really enjoyed Demons, Hell Comes To Frogtown and others from them but this is bad. The picture quality actually gets in the way of the film.

Winter Squad
Winter Squad
by John Campbell Rees
Edition: Paperback

5.0 out of 5 stars Winter Squad works., 20 Dec. 2013
This review is from: Winter Squad (Paperback)
The book is called Winter Squad and its an alternate reality tale where the universe equates to a very large Apple tree that crosses dimensions and realities. Its a thematic mash up of Brian Aldiss Hothouse and A Bugs Life with a large dash of Philip K Dick to top it all out.

A great debut novel with a fun and lively style that sets its themes in stone and wears its central conceit on its sleeve.

1.0 out of 5 stars Rip Off Britain Again!!!, 12 Jan. 2010
Once again we get my favourite films released in a substandard way. I already have the special editions on DVD but would have traded up to Blu Ray without hesitation but I will not do that for just the theatrical editions. My advice is save your money for the special edition Blu Ray.

Although the films earn a five star rating I can't in good conscience recommend that people buy this version.
