This is jaw dropping stuff and very challenging for meat eaters to accept, but the research is conclusive...too much meat protein causes chronic disease. And as for dairy products, the news is no better....a protein in milk called casein becomes carcinogenic in the presence of excess animal protein. Read the book...you may avoid decades of ill health and live to a healthy ripe old age if you take on it's advice.
