5.0 out of 5 stars My niece loves this book!, 23 Mar. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: I Got a Crocodile (Paperback)
When she's finished ordering me around my two year old niece asks nicely (demands!) that I read her the "cokadile" book. It's a really lovely book and well worth a second reading (Again!) and a third reading (Again!) and ok just one more time (TWO more times!)...

5.0 out of 5 stars 5 stars Obv!, 2 Dec. 2011
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Don't be fooled by the reviews saying this isn't up to standard. They're just bitter about having to wait 6 years to read it! This is all the usual fantasy gold that you'd expect from GRRM and the only bad thing about it is that it finishes. Hope I live long enough to read the next one although I've got no chance of making it for the one after that as I'm 41 already.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best one so far, 2 Dec. 2011
This review is from: Mystery Man (Paperback)
I've read most of the Bateman books over the years and this is by far and away the best. I like the Murphy and Dan Starkey books too but the Mystery man character is his finest creation to date. More please!

5.0 out of 5 stars Woooooooooo! Scary!, 2 Dec. 2011
This review is from: Ready Steady Ghost! (Hardcover)
This is a lovely book about a frightened little ghost trying to find somewhere nice to haunt and getting frightened by the big bad world. ( I was actually quite scared myself when the wolf appeared!) Each page is beautifully illustrated and I particularly liked the small details such as the button plates and thimble vase in the tiny castle. Look out for the little cast of characters looking on from above too.

I'm not a big cycling fan, the only cycling I see is Le Tour but this is very interesting and readable even if like me you don't know much about professional cycling. Enjoyed it.
