This review is from: Toilet Seat Hook (Kitchen & Home)
This hook is easy to fix and stays on.
It holds the loo seat up when before it would fall with a crash. Very useful gadget which I can recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Low key and mellow., 18 Jan. 2013

This album just fitted the bill for me this Christmas. Having suffered a bereavement in December and several other things going on in my life Christmas was going to be difficult.
This album is low key and beautiful. Tracey's voice is mellow and controlled and I love the choice of songs.
I really appreciated it and I'm sure I'll continue to do so.

Rock Choir: Vol1
Rock Choir: Vol1

5.0 out of 5 stars Deserves radio airplay., 1 Aug. 2010
This review is from: Rock Choir: Vol1 (Audio CD)
Rock Choir may be unauditioned amateurs, but this album is a professional one.The song arrangements, soloists, choir, are all superb. As a member of Rock Choir, I enjoy singing along, both to the songs I've learnt, and those I haven't.
The mix of songs is good too, both upbeat and more mellow. It's so good it deserves radio airplay.Something Inside So Strong and Anytime You Need A Friend are stand out tracks.

4.0 out of 5 stars Moral dilemmas, 2 May 2010
This review is from: Good to a Fault (Paperback)
Clara is involved in a road traffic accident with a homeless family which includes 3 children.
On getting checked over at the hospital, the mother, Lorraine, is found to be seriously ill and is hospitalised.
Clara feels honour bound to take the family into her home and care for them. Questioning her motives and getting to know the family makes this an enjoyable read.
If you like Anne Tyler's novels, you'll probably like this too. It's included in Canada Reads 2010, and is a good book for book group discussions.
