Impunity - Berlusconi's Goal and Its Consequences
by Charles Young
Edition: Paperback

5.0 out of 5 stars Very real as it keeps to the facts! you wont easily find this info in ITALY! must read for Italians., 8 Oct. 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Impunity! what a better tittle for Italy number one egocentric, all powefull (at least he thinks so),do what ever he wants, italian newest dictator.
The book is well written and tells in an impartial, giornalistic and "keep to the facts" way all adventures and missadventures of Italian well known eternal political figure. It starts from the begining, how he made his TV empire, all the mafia possible connections and trials he has had over the years. none of them won... but he always found a way to not been judged, mainly becoming a polititian!
If you want to have a clear idea of berlusconis finatial history/trials etc this is the book for you. you can make your own conclusion.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great book! very hollywood and easy to watch if one day comes to the big screen!, 8 Oct. 2012

This review is from: 14 (Paperback)
Peter Clines cant be saying now to be a newbie, he already has several books, all by permutted press, that are quite good, easy to read and captivating. the EX series is great, a very nice mix of zoombie land and super heroes that are quite human at core (waiting for the third release!) and this 14, a quite fresh new book.
as most of his books, they are in los Angeles.
14 is about new friends, the meaning of one own life or purpose in life and the day to day difficulties that turn to be more important and significant than just day to day living.
this book is fast, you can read it in a couple of days, characters are well developed and the story is quite fascinating and intriguing at least until the last chapters where the book becomes a bit more obvious.
I would definetly reccomend it! nice mixture between Lost in an appartment building, Men in Black, FRIENDS and the hitchhiker guide to the galaxy with a bit of Narnia...
It could make an excellent movie as the book is quite visual. no doubt someone intelligent around might transform it into a movie...opening of room 14, although little explained (some more feasable scientific theories would have been nice) is quite surprising and nice!
I would also reccomend the EX series from peter clines.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great DC game puts you inside the DC Universe, 16 Jan. 2011
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
AS a DC Fan, I love this game, it puts you definetly inside the DC universe with huge maps as Metropolis, Gothem, Arkham asylum, the WATCH TOWER! its great! and at the same time you create your own personal hero! the only bad thing is you dont get to cutomize entirely the character body and face, they are like predifined faces or body shapes... it would have been nice to actually control more parameters. Also although you have Big city maps where you can fly and fight theres no or little interaction with cars, pedestrians and buildings. It would be nice to have a more kind of GTA universe on It! even if its online, the tag on / team idea is still not working very well and more world interaction would be nice, the good thing is that it being online some things can be changed while the game is on!
Definetly a buy for DC fans! the only other bad thing is that it requieres a monthly fee... so for them to have clients they definetly need to create constant challenges otherwise it will become a one month trial game.
thanks

3.0 out of 5 stars Fun comic like, cartoon show game!, 16 Jan. 2011
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
Is this game intended to childs, proabably as it funny and easy to play, BUT its actually quite FUNNY! Its very straight forward, graphics are very cartonish and gameplay is quite easy but its like watching a cartoon episode that you can control, lots of speeches and funny commentaries make it very enjoyable to play. Dont expect anything more than that! It remembers me in a way to monkey island series, maybe its not very chalenging but its very funny.
I would totally recomend it for a kid or an adult that likes cartoon and wants to have a laught!

If you like small and packed guides this is for you! i really expected something bigger, its nice good quality paper and pictures of the different transformers with price guide but its quite small and chunky, its kind of a block! not suitable for backpockets! but its a great guide even so i am definetly buying a bigger one too for my library.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent little practical book!, 16 Jan. 2011
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This book is great for any plastic surgery intern, specialist trainee or even consultant in A&E. It has lots of information well packed with lots of pictures and diagrams describing the different techniques, at the same time its pretty small so it fits a whitecoat pocket or even the pants back pocket. I really reccomend it to anyone as its an excellent reference book for long A&E nights in Plastics.

Once again moleskin has done it! this series of moleskin traveler books are great for anyone that loves to take notes and plan a trip! i have even bought one for my hometown and i use it as a referral for shops and restaurants i like!
As a moleskin fan i could not say less. I just hope they keep producing new special editions, of course a nice addition to a moleskin would be an special pocket with a micro pen... that have not been done yet and would be really great!
great quality of paper! I totally reccomend it to anyone.
