Meditation at its simplest, 14 Oct. 2011
I cannot recommend this book highly enough if you want to change your life. It simplifies the principles of mindfulness backed up by simply science as to why it helps clear your head and make day to day living easier. Andy makes it easy to read and understand. And what's more I am 10 days into the course and it is working! I am not only sleeping better, but understanding myself and life more as I can now stand back and see what is occurring rather than just being swept along by it. It might be a cliche to say "if you only read one book this year ..." but do it and see your life improve!
