5.0 out of 5 stars Great for scuba diving, 8 May 2014
I got this camera and used it on my Open Water qualification course. It worked great and even went down to 18m (which was not intentional and when I saw my depth gauge I had a heart attack - but I need not have worried as the camera was fine). Pictures were crisp and it easy to use underwater. The only niggle is the on/off button is close to the picture taking button but once you are used to that you will not loose that quick pic!

The dilema facing leaders today is how much to lead in the traditional sense, and how much to follow those that are led. A modern leader needs to know how to follow those led, and how to follow well. This is a critical paradox facing leaders in today's complex world and the ability to let go and allow people to take the initiative is a critical skill and one which is not easy. This book echoes much of my research and the 12 simple principles the authors have identified are very similar to those identified by my research. It is great to see that research in the same area by authors working completely independently of eachother can come up with the same broad conclusions. I recommend this as an easy read for those wishing to widen their horizons! Nick Obolensky, Author of "Complex Adaptive Leadership: Embracing Paradox and Uncertainty".Complex Adaptive Leadership
