Bought this as part of a Christmas Present and was shocked at the fact it looks like an advertising calendar by a garage and not a quality item at all. Would not buy again.

5.0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable for the reader, 25 Jun. 2010
My Granddaughter loved this book and she learned the words as she went along. She kept checking words and it will be a great help in her learning of German.

4.0 out of 5 stars Running on the cracks, 5 April 2009
This review is from: Running on the Cracks (Paperback)
It was a good book but it introduced a few difficult subjects in today's world. Predatory men drugs drink etc. I read the book first before I allowed my Grandson to do so. I was then able to discuss the subjects with him and was ready for the questions that arose.

It was a meaty read but my twelve year old grandson like it. He read it very fast because he wanted to find out what happened-always the sign of a good read!!
