5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant fun, brilliant story, 26 Sept. 2010
Well firstly if you've already played Hotel Dusk: Room 215, Last Window is basically the sequel. I wouldn't say it's better, or even worse, it's just another story where you solve puzzled, question residents in the apartment building, and discover each of their secrets and mysteries.
You play Kyle Hyde, an ex detective who must solve the mysteries of the apartment building he's residing in. You meet other residents, each with their own suspicious quirks, you gather items to help solve puzzles, whether it's how to reach a certain object or examine photographs and letters.
The only bad points about this game is that it can sometimes be 'Game Over' for the most ridiculous reasons, a lot more often than the first game, but it's no worries because you can just retry and start from when you were before. Also, because I've already managed to finish this game makes me wish the makers could have made it last a bit longer, but it's still better than most games on the Nintendo DS.

To Summarise
+ Challenging mystery game where you skulk round an apartment building finding missing objects and solving puzzles, as well as uncovering the dark secrets of Hotel Cape West
+ Brilliant background music and Film Noir style animation
+ Around a dozen characters to interact with and interrogate, each with a unique personality
+ It's fun!

- You get 'Game Overs' for silly reasons. Not all the time though
- I wish it was longer, but only because it was so good

A top game for anyone who likes solving puzzles or general mystery games. A bit like the monkey island series but without the goofy humour. If you haven't played Hotel Dusk before either I seriously recommend that also. And if anyone else knows any other good mystery games for DS or PC, please let me know. Thanks!

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant, I dont understand the bad reviews?!, 24 Mar. 2010
This review is from: The Dice Man (Paperback)
Why are some people saying this book is boring? This book is full of lies, deceit, drama, humour, sex and interesting psychology theories. If anyone think that's boring they need their head checked.
If you liked Fight Club, or you want something with a bit of humour, psychology and something that pushes the boundries buy this now, you wont regret it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Here we go..., 8 Oct. 2009
This review is from: WET (Xbox 360) (Video Game)
I'm sick and tired of people slagging this game down because of the graphics, lastability and comparing the main character to lara croft. The main character is female, get over it.

Normally after completing a game, I would trade it in, with 'Wet' I haven't, why? Because it is THAT much fun. Wall running, shooting, sword slashing, and even the car chasing sequences are brilliant. The 70's psychobilly style music is brilliant as well and suits the theme of the game, and also spoofs tarantino perfectly. This game obviously doesn't take itself seriously and that's the brilliance of it. Eliza Dushku voices 'Rubi' perfectly and the dialogue has some really funny one liners I almost wish this were a movie.

If you're looking to play games just to have fun and be entertained buy this now!

If you're one of those hardcore gaming geeks, you will be highly disappointed, stick to playing Halo 3 online.
