2.0 out of 5 stars Poor with some quality features, 11 Jun. 2011
Overall i'd give this game a poor rating, poor gameplay and and weak features make it a difficult play through. However the range of cars and interesting concept help save it from being an all out disaster.

Music - Above average - some well known songs mixed in with others which aren't so familiar, provides a great back drop and the music always feels appropriate without ever becoming a distraction.

Cars - Great range and some look great kitted out in police stripes and lights.

Graphics - Cars in the garage look great and the in game racing graphics are above average yet nothing special, backgrounds can seem plain.

Gameplay - I felt the game was shallow. The features they'd implemented felt poorly done and the use of the new abilities (depending on which side you played for) felt random and arbartory. It was fun sliding round corners and the boost was always fun. However the "Burnout" style of gameplay felt poorly done. It never became a burnout game but never became a true need for speed. Crashing physics were good but sometimes just clipping a car could lead to a crash while hitting a barrier at full force would leave me spinning off in the wrong direction.

Overall - Great for the occassional mess around with friends but other than that would avoid unless super keen on the need for speed series.

4.0 out of 5 stars Ace product with dramatic results, 15 Dec. 2009
So my Powerball 250Hz regular came and i within a few minutes of getting used to the product i was feeling the ache in my arms. At first it was difficult to get the ball turning with any kind of smoothness but i eventually got the hang of it and now i used it every day for at least 15 minutes and im hugely impressed with the results. I've seen dramatic results in terms of forearm size and strength. The only reason i dropped the product to 4 stars being its fairly hard learning curve but thats just me being skanky. Brilliant, reasonably priced product.
