5.0 out of 5 stars Superb, 27 July 2013
I needed a set of headphones for late at night watching movies etc so as not to disturb the rest of the household. Have to say the Sennheiser HD558's did not disappoint. They simulate 5.1 superbly and are an absolute joy whether watching blu-ray or playing Xbox they deliver a rich sound, money well spent.

5.0 out of 5 stars Totally Awesome, 13 Dec. 2006
This review is from: Warrior King [DVD] (DVD)
I've seen some of these reviews slagging off the storyline and the acting and it's not as bad as some people are saying. If i'm being honest i couldn't care less about the story as long as the action is top notch and this movie has action in spades. Warrior king is one of the best martial arts films i have ever seen. I haven't been this impressed since Bruce Lee. Tony Jaa is astounding and easily surpasses the stuff he does in Ong Bak. The choreography of the fight scenes is superb and for the first time since Bruce Lee you truly believe that this man could take on 50 men and win. All in all a top notch martial arts romp and i recommend it to anyone who likes martial arts films.

2.0 out of 5 stars what? no hagar, 2 Sept. 2006
I was excited about this album, i thought it would be in the same vain as the iron maiden and ozzy osbourne tribute albums but i was sadly dissapointed. The biggest flaw for me is the fact that none of the sammy hagar era songs are covered and i personally like that stuff better than the david lee roth stuff. It seems to me that the people behind this album seem to think that van halen were only good when roth was in the band. One thing i can't fault though is the musicianship, technically it sounds superb especially the guitar players. Also i don't understand why half the singers seem to be doing david lee roth impersonations, sing em in your own style for gods sake. And why oh why is yankee rose on here, don't get me wrong i love that song but it's not a van halen tune, it's a david lee roth solo effort. All in all a very big letdown.
