5.0 out of 5 stars Bring on Some More Good News!, 7 July 2007
I was glad to hear that this film generated so much controversy. After all, anything involving Jesus Christ usually does! To us believers it's a joy to hear his name when mentioned in reverence and worship. To those in doubt, it usually causes the individual to stop and recall the main elements of his message. To those who worship other gods (or indeed none at all), his name generates hatred and a knee-jerk reaction akin to a hot needle in blood infected by "the Thing" (another great movie!).
This depiction of the death of Jesus is focused on the pain and humiliation he suffered for mankind. Of course, many of us continue to be blindfolded with the notion that we are sinless (this too was predicted by the Bible) and unfortunately rings true for those who find his sacrifice revolting or unnecessary. The near endless babbling of a previous review (good thing the maximum words is 1,000) suggests that there is at least one individual who is not convinced - moreover annoyed. Whether he/she believes or not, it matters not to God - HIS rules remain intact and each of us will account for our sins including the confused babblings denying His-Story.
I applaud all who had anything to do with the production of this film and humbly suggest that if you have not seen it yet you need to, whichever camp you belong to!

This is my son Dominic's take on this book he dug into for one afternoon after school:

This is a great book because it's realy descriptive.

It's so discriptive that you can actually imagien what happens and it's real funny too.

When you start reading it, it's like you can't stop.

4.0 out of 5 stars West Indies at their Very Best!, 19 Aug. 2003
This video describes the techniques employed by the very best of cricket during the period 1960 to 1990. Batting, bowling, wicket keeping, fielding and rare highlight footage including Sir Garfield Sober's six sixes in one over of cricket!!! I have given it 4 stars as I wanted more of it!!!!
